Claims (15)
- 被覆(3)を有するガラスファイバ(2)を有する固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)であって、
・ 前記被覆(3)が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンと、0.08μm〜12μmの粒径で、少なくとも10重量パーセント、および最大40重量パーセント添加混合される無機充填材との混合物を有し、
・ 前記被覆(3)の外径は、0.2mm〜1.2mmであり、
・ 前記被覆(3)の外径Dと前記ガラスファイバ(2)の直径dとの比率D/dは、2〜6であり、かつ
・ 前記ガラスファイバ(2)への前記被覆(3)の圧力は、前記ガラスファイバ(2)と前記被覆(3)との間の相対運動が実質的に生じ得ない程度である、固体コア光ファイバ心線。 - 前記ガラスファイバ(2)への前記被覆(3)の圧力は、少なくとも120N/mm2である、請求項1に記載の固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)。
- 前記ガラスファイバ(2)は、ORMOCER(登録商標)被膜を有するガラスコア(4)を有する、請求項1に記載の固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)。
- 前記無機充填材は、ケイ酸塩である、請求項1に記載の固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)。
- 前記無機充填材は、層状ケイ酸塩である、請求項1に記載の固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)。
- 前記無機充填材は、滑石、白墨、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、窒化ホウ素、二酸化ケイ素、またはベントナイトである、請求項1に記載の固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)。
- 前記無機充填材の添加混合は、少なくとも25重量パーセント、および最大40重量パーセントである、請求項1に記載の固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)。
- 前記無機充填材の添加混合は、少なくとも27重量パーセント、および最大33重量パーセントである、請求項1に記載の固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)。
- 前記粒径は、少なくとも0.1μm、および最大10μmである、請求項1に記載の固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)。
- 固体コア光ファイバ心線(1)を製造する方法であって、
・ ガラスファイバ(2)を提供するステップ(S1、S2)と、
・ 前記ガラスファイバ(2)に被覆(3)を押出すステップ(S3)とを包含し、ここで、
・ 前記被覆が、ポリエーテルエーテルケトンと、0.08μm〜12μmの粒径で、少なくとも10重量パーセント、および最大40重量パーセント添加混合される無機充填材との混合物を有し、
・ 前記被覆(3)の外径は、0.2mm〜1.2mmであり、
・ 前記被覆(3)の外径Dと前記ガラスファイバ(2)の直径dとの比率D/dは、2〜6であり、
・ 前記方法の終了後、前記ガラスファイバ(2)への前記被覆(3)の圧力は、前記ガラスファイバ(2)と前記被覆(3)との間の相対運動が実質的に生じ得ない程度である、方法。 - 前記押出成形のパラメータは、前記方法の終了後、前記ガラスファイバ(2)への前記被覆(3)の圧力は、少なくとも120N/mm2であるように選定される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ガラスファイバ(2)を提供するステップは、ガラスコア(4)を提供するステップ(S1)と、前記ガラスコア(4)をORMOCER(登録商標)被膜(5)で被覆するステップとを包含する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記無機充填材は、ケイ酸塩である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記無機充填材は、層状ケイ酸塩である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記無機充填材は、滑石、白墨、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、窒化ホウ素、二酸化ケイ素、またはベントナイトである、請求項10に記載の方法。
