Description
Claims (6)
- 合流コンベアにおいて、
搬送方向の下流側に物品を搬送する複数のレーンを有するマルチレーン式のタイミングコンベアであって、前記物品を搬送方向にレーンからレーンへと切り替えて前記物品を異なる時間で下流側に供給するタイミングコンベアと、
前記タイミングコンベアから物品を受け取るべく前記タイミングコンベアの下流側端部に隣接する上流側端部から反対側の出口端部へと向かう搬送方向に前進するコンベアベルトであって、前記搬送方向に直交する方向に自由回転するよう構成された複数の物品支持ローラを有するコンベアベルトと、
前記タイミングコンベアから受けた、前記コンベアベルトの幅が狭くなる領域から前記出口へと通る物品を集めるよう前記コンベアベルトに対し配置されたプラウとを具え、
前記ローラは、前記搬送方向に平行に前記物品が前記ローラに沿って動くのを阻止する搬送物品と接触する高摩擦の周面を有するとともに、前記プラウに接触した物品を支持するローラは、前記コンベアベルトが進むにつれ前記物品を横方向に動かすように回転することを特徴とする合流コンベア。 - 請求項1の合流コンベアにおいて、前記高摩擦の周面は、ラバーまたはエラストマ材料で作られていることを特徴とする合流コンベア。
- 請求項1の合流コンベアにおいて、前記マルチレーン式のタイミングコンベアが複数のベアリング面を具え、前記レーンは、1またはそれ以上のローラベルトが他のレーンの位置決め要素から前記搬送方向に並置され定期的な間隔のあいた各レーンの位置決め要素とともに平行に配置され、前記ローラベルトの厚さを通って延在し前記ローラベルトが前記搬送方向に前進するのに伴い前記ローラベルトの下の前記ベアリング面上で回転し、前記ローラの上の物品を前記位置決め要素内へと移動させることを特徴とする合流コンベア。
- 請求項1の合流コンベアにおいて、前記プラウは、搬送される物品を前記コンベアベルトの略三角形の領域に集めるよう構成されていることを特徴とする合流コンベア。
- 請求項1の合流コンベアにおいて、前記プラウは、搬送される物品を前記出口端部において一度に1つの物品のみを許容するのに十分狭い前記コンベアベルトを横切る幅に限定することを特徴とする合流コンベア。
- 請求項1の合流コンベアにおいて、前記プラウは、前記コンベアベルトの幅を横切って隔てられており前記出口端部へ向かって間隔が減少する一対のガイドを具えることを特徴とする合流コンベア。
