Claims (17)
- 中にボアが貫通して延びている本体と、前記ボアの壁に形成された複数の溝とを含み、各々の溝は、前記ボアの第1の端部から延び、前記ボアの第2の端部に達する前に終端することを特徴とする軸受支持体。
- 前記ボアは前記第2の端部に向かってテーパしている、請求項1に記載の軸受支持体。
- 前記ボアの壁は、前記第1の端部において面取りされている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の軸受支持体。
- 各々の溝は、前記ボアの長手方向軸と平行な方向に延びている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受支持体。
- 前記支持体は、前記ボアの両側面に配置された2つの溝を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受支持体。
- 前記軸受支持体はプラスチックで形成されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受支持体。
- 中にボアが貫通して延びているハブと、前記ボアの壁に形成された複数の溝とを含み、各々の溝は前記ボアの第1の端部から延び、前記ボアの第2の端部に達する前に終端することを特徴とするディフューザ。
- 前記ボアは、前記ハブの第1の側部から前記ハブの第2の側部へと延び、各々の溝は、前記第1の側部から延び、前記第2の側部に達する前に終端し、前記ディフューザは、前記ハブの前記第2の側部上に配置された複数の羽根を含む、請求項7に記載のディフューザ。
- 前記ボアは前記ハブの前記第2の側部に向かってテーパしている、請求項7又は請求項8に記載のディフューザ。
- 中にボアが貫通して延びている本体と、前記ボアの壁に形成された複数の溝とを含む軸受支持体内に固定された軸受を備え、各々の溝は、前記ボアの第1の端部から延び、前記ボアの第2の端部に達する前に終端し、前記ボアは、前記軸受の長さに沿って前記軸受と前記ボアの間に間隙が存在するように寸法決めされており、前記軸受は、前記間隙内及び前記溝内に配置された接着剤によって前記ボア内に固定されることを特徴とする組立体。
- インペラ及び軸受が取り付けられたシャフトを含む、ディフューザに取り付けられたロータを備え、前記ディフューザは、中にボアが貫通して延びているハブと、前記ボアの壁に形成された複数の溝とを含み、各々の溝は、前記ボアの第1の端部から延び、前記ボアの第2の端部に達する前に終端し、前記軸受は、前記軸受と前記壁との間及び前記溝内に配置された接着剤によって前記ボア内に固定されることを特徴とする圧縮機。
- 前記ロータ及びディフューザは同心である、請求項11に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記軸受は、スリーブによって囲まれた一対の間隔を隔てられた軸受を含む軸受カートリッジであり、前記接着剤は、前記スリーブと前記壁との間に配置される、請求項11又は請求項12に記載の圧縮機。
- 軸受を支持体に固定する方法であって、
中にボアが貫通して延びている本体と、前記ボアの壁に形成された複数の溝とを含み、各々の溝は前記ボアの第1の端部から延び、前記ボアの第2の端部に達する前に終端する、軸受支持体を準備する段階と、
軸受を前記ボアに挿入する段階と、
接着剤を1つ又はそれ以上の前記溝の中に注入する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ボアは、前記軸受と前記壁との間に前記接着剤が逃げるのを可能にするように寸法決めされている、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの溝には接着剤を注入しない、請求項14又は請求項15に記載の方法。
- 接着剤が注入される各々の溝について、隣接する溝には接着剤を注入しない、請求項16に記載の方法。
