Claims (3)
- 軸方向のベアリングカラー(6)とベアリングシート(4)に配置された複数の位置決めウェブ(7)とを有するプラスチック製冷媒ポンプハウジング(5)のベアリングシート(4)内/面において、ポンプベアリング(3)の、少なくとも1つのベアリング溝(1)を備えたベアリングリング(2)を配置するための構造において、前記位置決めウェブ(7)と前記ベアリングカラー(6)との間に個別の接着剤溝(8)があり、該接着剤溝に、それぞれ軸方向のうちの4つに耐液性の壁部(9)が備えられ、該接着剤溝が、該ポンプベアリング(3)のベアリングリング(2)の方向にのみ開口部を有し、かつ、該ポンプベアリング(3)の外縁領域にスリット状の接着剤ポケット(10)を有することを特徴とするポンプベアリング(3)の構造。
- 自らの間に接着剤溝(8)が配置された前記位置決めウェブ(7)が、ポンプベアリング(3)の軸方向に対して平行に、および/またはポンプベアリング(3)の軸方向に対して斜めに、および/またはポンプベアリング(3)の軸方向に対して弧状に配置できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポンプベアリング(3)の構造。
- 軸方向のベアリングカラー(6)を有するプラスチック製冷媒ポンプハウジング(5)内/面において、ポンプベアリング(3)を配置するための方法において、接着剤が、接合されるべき円筒表面に、および/またはベアリングリング(2)のベアリング溝(1)に、および/または位置決めウェブ(7)が備えられたベアリングシート(4)内/上に配分して塗布され、続いて、接合すべきベアリングリング(2)が、位置決めウェブ(7)によって形成されたベアリングシート(4)内/上において、ベアリングカラー(3)に据え付けられるまで押圧され、次に、プラスチック製冷媒ポンプハウジング(5)内に配置されたポンプベアリング(3)が、接着剤ポケット(10)を上方へ向けた状態で、約2秒ないし10秒間、誘導的に約100℃ないし125℃まで加熱されることを特徴とする方法。
