Claims (10)
- センサー(18)を、実質的にシリンダー状若しくはホッパー状の形(30)であるセンサーレセプタクル(16)内に収容するための保持体(10)であって、前記センサーレセプタクル(16)は、媒体による前記センサー(18)の濡らしのための開口部(36)を有している形式のものにおいて、前記センサー(18)は、充填物質(40)を用いて前記センサーレセプタクル(16)内に隙間及び遊びなく固定されており、前記充填物質(40)は、機械的なアンダーカット部(22)によってロックされていることを特徴とする、センサーを遊びなく組み込むための保持体。
- 前記センサーレセプタクル(16)は、前記センサー(18)の最大の外径(d)よりも大きな内径(D)を有している請求項1に記載の保持体。
- 前記センサー(18)は、該センサーの端面でもって前記センサーレセプタクル(16)の底部(34)上に載せられている請求項1に記載の保持体。
- 前記センサーレセプタクル(16)の前記充填物質(40)は、チキソトロピーの特性を有するエポキシ樹脂である請求項1に記載の保持体。
- 前記センサー(18)の接続導線(20)は、前記保持体(10)の導線固定部(24)内に、前記保持体(10)のプラスチック材料の熱かしめによって止められている請求項1に記載の保持体。
- 前記充填物質(40)の前記チキソトロピーに基づき、該充填物質の、前記センサーレセプタクル(16)の底部(34)までの流れは阻止されるようになっている請求項4に記載の保持体。
- 前記センサーレセプタクル(16)の前記開口部(36)は、前記センサー(18)の、前記媒体にさらされる面(46)が最大に濡らされるように位置決めされ、かつ/又は構成されている請求項1に記載の保持体。
- 請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の保持体(10)内にセンサー(18)を組み込むための方法において、該方法は、
a)前記センサー(18)を、前記保持体(10)の、前記センサー(18)の最大の外径(d)よりも大きな内径(D)を有するセンサーレセプタクル(16)内に差し込み、
b)充填物質(40)を前記センサーレセプタクル(16)内に充填し、
c)前記センサーレセプタクル(16)内の前記充填物質(40)を硬化させ、
d)前記センサーレセプタクル(16)内に充填されかつ硬化された前記充填物質(40)を、前記保持体(10)の保持突起(22)によって機械的に固定する、
工程を有していることを特徴とする、保持体内にセンサーを組み込むための方法。 - 前記工程c)に基づく前記センサーレセプタクル(16)内の前記充填物質(40)の前記硬化を、赤外線照射によって行う請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記センサー(18)の接続導線(20)の固定を、前記保持体(10)の導線固定部(24)において前記保持体(10)のプラスチック材料の熱かしめによって行う請求項8に記載の方法。
