Claims (16)
- 薬剤送達デバイス(1)のための駆動機構であって、
‐近位端、及び遠位端を有するハウジング(13,17,40)、
‐薬剤(5)の用量のセッティング中、ハウジングに対して第1の方向に回転し、用量の送達中、第1の方向と反対向きの、ハウジングに対して第2の方向に回転するように適合される回転部材(21)、
‐用量を送達するため、ハウジングに対して遠位方向に移動するように適合されるピストン・ロッド(12)、
‐用量の送達中の回転部材の第2の方向への回転運動に従う、駆動部材(20)、
‐用量のセッティング中の、第1の方向へのハウジングに対する、駆動部材の回転運動を防止する停止部材(26)を含んでなり、
ここで、
‐第2の方向への駆動部材の回転運動が、ハウジングに対して遠位方向へのピストン・ロッドの運動に変換される、
上記駆動機構。 - 駆動機構が、用量のセッティング中及び送達中、ハウジング(13,17,40)に対して可動である用量部材(16,34,41)を含み、そしてここでハウジングに対する用量部材の運動が、ハウジングに対する回転部材の回転運動に変換される、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- 用量部材(16,34,41)が、ハウジング(13,17,40)に対する回転運動に抗して固定される、請求項2に記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動部材(20)及び回転部材(21)が、共通回転軸周りに回転可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- ピストン・ロッド(12)が、回転軸に沿って、ハウジング(13,17,40)に対して遠位方向に移動する、又はピストンロッド(12)が回転軸に対して横方向に、ハウジング(13,17,40)に対して遠位方向に移動する、請求項4に記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動部材(20)が、停止部材(26)と回転部材(21)の間に配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 用量部材(16,34,41)と回転部材(21)がネジ係合される、
請求項2に、又は請求項2に従属するいずれかの請求項に、記載の駆動機構。 - 用量部材(16,34,41)と回転部材(21)が、用量のセッティングと送達のため、用量部材の運動中、回転軸の周りに枢動する、レバー(55)により互いに連結される、請求項2に、又は請求項2に従属するいずれかの請求項に、記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動機構(20)と回転部材(21)が、用量のセッティングのため、第1の方向への回転部材の回転中、回転部材と駆動部材間の相対的回転運動を可能にし、そして用量の送達のため、第2の方向への回転部材の回転中、回転部材と駆動部材間の相対的回転運動を防止するように構成される、第1の一方向性摩擦クラッチ機構によって、互いに連結される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 駆動機構(20)と停止部材(26)が、用量のセッティングのため、第1の方向への、回転部材(21)の回転中、停止部材と駆動部材間の相対的回転運動を防止し、用量の
送達のため、第2の方向への回転部材の回転中、停止部材と駆動部材間の相対的回転運動を可能にするように構成される、第2の一方向性摩擦クラッチ機構によって、互いに連結される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。 - 停止部材(26)が、ハウジング(13,17,40)に対する回転運動に抗して固定される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- 停止部材(26)が、ハウジング(13,17,40)に対して、軸方向に可動である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。
- ‐回転部材(21)が、回転軸周りを第1の方向に回転するように適合され、
‐駆動部材が、複数の歯(24)が付いた歯部(22)を含み、回転部材が、複数の歯(25)が付いた歯部(23)を含み、ここで駆動部材の歯部が、回転部材の歯部と対になり、回転部材の歯部の歯と駆動部材の歯部の歯が、回転軸に沿って伸び、
‐駆動部材が、用量のセッティングと送達のため、回転部材の運動中停止部材と回転部材に隣接し、及び
‐回転部材と停止部材が、用量のセッティング中及び送達中、バネ部材(31)によって与えられる力によって、駆動部材と隣接して保持される、
請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構。 - 停止部材(26)が歯部(27)を有し、駆動部材(20)がさらなる歯部(28)を有し、駆動部材の歯部(22)と駆動部材のさらなる歯部が反対向きに配列される、請求項13に記載の駆動機構。
- それぞれの歯部の歯が斜面形状である、請求項13又は14に記載の駆動機構。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の駆動機構と、薬剤(5)の複数の用量を保持するカートリッジ(4)を含む、薬剤送達デバイス(1)。
