Abstract

1. Механизм привода для устройства (1) подачи лекарственного средства, содержащий:- корпус (13, 17, 40), имеющий проксимальный конец и дистальный конец,- элемент (21) вращения, выполненный с возможностью вращения в первом направлении относительно корпуса во время установки дозы лекарственного средства (5) и с возможностью вращения во втором направлении относительно корпуса во время подачи дозы, причем второе направление противоположно первому направлению,- шток (12) поршня, выполненный с возможностью перемещения в дистальном направлении относительно корпуса для подачи дозы,- элемент (20) привода, который следует за вращательным движением элемента вращения во втором направлении во время подачи дозы, и- элемент (26) остановки, предотвращающий вращательное движение элемента привода относительно корпуса в первом направлении во время установки дозы,в котором- вращательное движение элемента привода во втором направлении преобразуется в перемещение штока поршня в дистальном направлении относительно корпуса.2. Механизм привода по п.1,в котором механизм привода содержит дозирующий элемент (16, 34, 41), который может двигаться относительно корпуса (13, 17, 40) во время установки и подачи дозы и в котором движение дозирующего элемента относительно корпуса преобразуется во вращательное движение элемента вращения относительно корпуса.3. Механизм привода по п.2,в котором дозирующий элемент (16, 34, 41) крепится, не допуская его вращательного движения относительно корпуса (13, 17, 40).4. Механизм привода, по любому одному из предшествующих пунктов,в котором элемент (20) привода и элемент (21) вращения могут вращаться вокруг общей оси вращения.5. Механизм

Claims (16)

1. Механизм привода для устройства (1) подачи лекарственного средства, содержащий:
- корпус (13, 17, 40), имеющий проксимальный конец и дистальный конец,
- элемент (21) вращения, выполненный с возможностью вращения в первом направлении относительно корпуса во время установки дозы лекарственного средства (5) и с возможностью вращения во втором направлении относительно корпуса во время подачи дозы, причем второе направление противоположно первому направлению,
- шток (12) поршня, выполненный с возможностью перемещения в дистальном направлении относительно корпуса для подачи дозы,
- элемент (20) привода, который следует за вращательным движением элемента вращения во втором направлении во время подачи дозы, и
- элемент (26) остановки, предотвращающий вращательное движение элемента привода относительно корпуса в первом направлении во время установки дозы,
в котором
- вращательное движение элемента привода во втором направлении преобразуется в перемещение штока поршня в дистальном направлении относительно корпуса.
2. Механизм привода по п.1,
в котором механизм привода содержит дозирующий элемент (16, 34, 41), который может двигаться относительно корпуса (13, 17, 40) во время установки и подачи дозы и в котором движение дозирующего элемента относительно корпуса преобразуется во вращательное движение элемента вращения относительно корпуса.
3. Механизм привода по п.2,
в котором дозирующий элемент (16, 34, 41) крепится, не допуская его вращательного движения относительно корпуса (13, 17, 40).
4. Механизм привода, по любому одному из предшествующих пунктов,
в котором элемент (20) привода и элемент (21) вращения могут вращаться вокруг общей оси вращения.
5. Механизм привода по п.4,
в котором шток (12) поршня перемещается в дистальном направлении относительно корпуса (13, 17, 40) вдоль оси вращения или в котором шток (12) поршня перемещается в дистальном направлении относительно корпуса (13, 17, 40) поперек оси вращения.
6. Механизм привода, по любому одному из пп.1-3,
в котором элемент (20) привода устанавливается между элементом (26) остановки и элементом (21) вращения.
7. Механизм привода по п.2 или 3,
в котором дозирующий элемент (16, 34, 41) и элемент (21) вращения находятся в резьбовом зацеплении.
8. Механизм привода по п.2 или 3,
в котором дозирующий элемент (16, 34, 41) и элемент (21) вращения (21) соединены друг с другом рычагом (55), причем рычаг шарнирно вращается вокруг оси вращения во время движения дозирующего элемента для установки и подачи дозы.
9. Механизм привода, по любому одному из пп.1-3,
в котором элемент (20) привода и элемент (21) вращения соединяются друг с другом первым однонаправленным механизмом фрикционного зажимного устройства, выполненным с возможностью разрешения относительного вращательного движения между элементом вращения и элементом привода во время вращения элемента вращения в первом направлении для установки дозы и предотвращения относительного вращательного движения элемента вращения и элемента привода во время вращения элемента вращения во втором направлении для подачи дозы.
10. Механизм привода, по любому одному из пп.1-3,
в котором элемент (20) привода и элемент (26) остановки соединяются друг с другом вторым однонаправленным механизмом фрикционного зажимного устройства, выполненным с возможностью предотвращения относительного вращательного движения между элементом остановки и элементом привода во время вращения элемента (21) вращения в первом направлении для установки дозы и разрешения относительного вращательного движения элемента остановки и элемента привода во время вращения элемента вращения во втором направлении для подачи дозы.
11. Механизм привода, по любому одному из пп.1-3,
в котором элемент (26) остановки крепится, не допуская вращательного движения относительно корпуса (13, 17, 40).
12. Механизм привода, по любому одному из пп.1-3,
в котором элемент (26) остановки может двигаться в осевом направлении относительно корпуса (13, 17, 40).
13. Механизм привода, по любому одному из пп.1-3,
в котором
- элемент (21) вращения выполнен с возможностью вращения в первом направлении вокруг оси вращения,
- элемент привода содержит зубчатое зацепление (22) со множеством зубьев (24) и элемент вращения содержит зубчатое зацепление (23) со множеством зубьев (25), в котором зубчатое зацепление элемента привода сопрягается с зубчатым зацеплением элемента вращения, и зубья зубчатого зацепления элемента вращения и зубья зубчатого зацепления элемента привода располагаются вдоль оси вращения,
- элемент привода упирается в элемент остановки и элемент вращения во время движения элемента вращения для установки и подачи дозы, и
- элемент вращения и элемент остановки поддерживаются в состоянии упора в элемент привода силой, обеспечиваемой элементом (31) пружины во время установки и подачи дозы.
14. Механизм привода по п.13,
в котором элемент (26) остановки имеет зубчатое зацепление (27), и элемент (20) привода имеет дополнительное зубчатое зацепление (28), причем зубчатое зацепление (22) элемента привода и дополнительное зубчатое зацепление элемента привода располагаются противоположно.
15. Механизм привода по п.13,
в котором зубья соответствующего зубчатого соединения имеют пилообразную форму.
16. Устройство (1) подачи лекарственного средства, содержащее механизм привода, по любому одному из пп. 1-3, и картридж (4), причем картридж содержит множество доз лекарственного средства (5).
