Description
本発明は、設定投与量を超える投与量の放出を阻止する機構を備える注射装置に関する。特に本発明は、設定投与量を超える投与量の放出を阻止する2つの独立した機構を備える注射装置に関する。
薬剤が人体に注入される時、注入される投与量が設定投与量を超えると、重大或いは致命的な結果をもたらす可能性がある。従って、注射装置が放出量を設定投与量に制限する手段を備えることが重要である。
本発明は、一定の投与量の薬剤を放出する注射装置に関し、この注射装置は、
− ハウジング、
− 投与量放出機構であって、
− 放出される投与量を設定するために、ハウジングに対して回転可能である投与量設定部材と、
− ピストンロッドの遠位方向への平行移動により投与量が放出されるように、ハウジングに対して配置されたピストンロッドと、
− 投与量設定部材の平行移動をピストンロッドの平行移動に変換する手段と
を備える投与量放出機構、
− 設定投与量を超える投与量の放出を阻止する、投与量放出機構と相互作用する投与量制限機構、及び
− 投与量制限機構が機能しない場合に設定投与量を超える投与量の放出を阻止するように、投与量放出機構に対して配置される安全機構
を備える。
Claims (10)
- 一定の投与量の薬剤を放出する注射装置であって、
− ハウジング、
− 投与量放出機構であって、
− 放出される投与量を設定するため、ハウジングに対して回転可能な投与量設定部材と、
− ピストンロッドが遠位方向へ平行移動すると投与量が放出されるように、ハウジングに対して配置されるピストンロッドと、
− 投与量設定部材の回転移動をピストンロッドの平行移動に変換させる手段と
を備える投与量放出機構、
− 設定された投与量を超過する投与量の放出を阻止するために、投与量放出機構と相互作用するように配置される投与量制限機構、及び
− 投与量制限機構が機能しない場合、設定された投与量を超過する投与量の放出を阻止するように、投与量放出機構に対して配置される安全機構
を備える注射装置。 - ハウジングによりピストンロッドの通路が画定され、前記通路がピストンロッドのねじ切りされた外面と係合するねじ切りされた内面を有し、ピストンロッドが、ハウジングに対して回転するとハウジングに対して平行移動するように、ハウジングに対して配置される、請求項1に記載の注射装置。
- 投与量制限機構及び安全機構の少なくとも一方が、ピストンロッドとハウジングの間の相対的回転運動を、設定された投与量の放出に対応する回転に制限する、請求項1又は2に記載の注射装置。
- 投与量制限機構が、対応するハウジングの第2停止面と係合する第1停止面を備え、投与量設定時の投与量設定部材の回転により、第1停止面が第2停止面から離れる方向に移動し、一方第1停止面が第2停止面に接すると投与量の放出が阻止される、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 投与量設定部材が第1停止面を含む、請求項4に記載の注射装置。
- 投与量設定部材が、第1停止面を含むシリンダーと結合し、前記シリンダーが設定された投与量を表示する、請求項4に記載の注射装置。
- 前記安全機構が、
− ピストンロッドの通路を画定する制限部材であって、前記制限部材の通路により、ピストンロッドのねじ切りされた外面と係合するねじ切りされた内面が画定される制限部材、及び
− 制限部材の通路を画定し、制限部材に対して回転可能に保持され、且つ投与量設定時に投与量設定部材が回転すると駆動部材が回転するように、投与量設定部材と連結している駆動部材
を備え、投与量設定時に駆動部材とピストンロッドとが相対回転することにより、制限部材が停止位置から離れるように移動し、制限部材によって投与量の放出が阻止される、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。 - 更に、装置の使用者が設定された投与量を放出するために遠位方向へピストンを押すのを補助するために、放出力を提供する放出補助システムを備える、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の注射装置。
- 前記放出補助システムが、ハウジングに対して駆動部材を回転させるバネを備える、請求項8に記載の注射装置。
- 制限部材が停止位置にある時、ネジが予めひずみを有する、請求項9に記載の注射装置。
