Claims (28)
- シャフト配置構成の2本のシャフト区画の間にて連接結合機構(12)によりトルクを伝達するトルク伝達装置(10)であって、前記連接結合機構(12)は前記各シャフト区画間の角度的オフセットを補償すべく設計されるというトルク伝達装置(10)において、
該トルク伝達装置(10)は、捩れ振動を減衰する振動減衰ユニット(14)であって、少なくとも2つの伝達部材(28、30)を有するという振動減衰ユニット(14)を備え、
前記伝達部材(28、30)の一方は前記各シャフト区画の一方に対して割当てられ、且つ、他方の伝達部材(28、30)は前記連接結合機構(12)に対して割当てられ、
前記伝達部材(28、30)は各々、伝達領域(34)においてトルク伝達様式で相互作用する径方向もしくは軸心方向のセグメント区画(40、42)を備えたセグメント形態部(36、38)を有し、
前記伝達領域(34)において隣り合うセグメント区画(40、42)間には、実質的に圧縮応力に委ねられる少なくともひとつの緩衝器機構(44)が配備される、ことを特徴とするトルク伝達装置(10)。 - 前記少なくとも2つの伝達部材(28、30)の前記セグメント形態部(36、38)は、トルク伝達のために径方向において相互に係合され得る、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- 2つの隣り合うセグメント区画(40、42)の一方は前記一方の伝達部材(28、30)に対して割当てられ、且つ、他方のセグメント区画(40、42)は前記他方の伝達部材(28、30)に対して割当てられるという前記2つの隣り合うセグメント区画(40、42)は、相互に対して接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- 前記隣り合うセグメント区画(440、442)は、少なくともひとつの変形可能なループ部材(472)により、二つを一組として接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のトルク伝達装置(410)。
- 前記セグメント形態部(436、438)の前記セグメント区画(440、442)は少なくとも2つの突出部(474、476)を有し、その回りには各々の場合にループ部材(472)が巻回されることで、前記セグメント区画(440、442)の一方を、前記セグメント形態部(436、438)の内の隣り合うセグメント区画(440、442)に対して接続する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のトルク伝達装置(410)。
- 前記ループ部材(472)は、ゴムおよび/または糸材層から、好適には糸材挿入物を備えたゴムから製造される、ことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載のトルク伝達装置(410)。
- 前記伝達領域(34)において前記伝達部材(28、30)の一方は径方向内方に配向されたセグメント区画(40、42)を備えたセグメント形態部(36、38)を有し、且つ、夫々の他方の伝達部材(28、30)は径方向外方に配向されたセグメント区画(40、42)を備えたセグメント形態部(36、38)を有し、
前記セグメント形態部(36、38)は相互に対して係合される、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。 - 前記緩衝器機構(44)は、前記伝達領域(34)において前記セグメント形態部を少なくとも部分的に囲繞する、ことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- 前記緩衝器機構(44)は前記伝達部材(28、30)の前記セグメント形態部(36、38)間において、相互に対して係合され得る少なくともひとつの緩衝材料層(46、48)、特にゴム層もしくはプラスチック材料層を備える、ことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- 前記緩衝器機構(44)は多層構成であり、少なくともひとつの緩衝材料層(46、48)に隣接して、更なる材料製の少なくともひとつの層(50)が配設される、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- セグメント形態部(36、38)の前記セグメント区画(40、42)は緩衝材料層(46、48)により被覆され、緩衝材料層(46、48)により被覆された前記セグメント形態部(36、38)間には更なる材料層(50)、特にプラスチック材料層が配備される、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- 前記連接結合機構(12)は、前記各シャフト区画の内の一方のシャフト区画に対する前記回転固定接続のために内側表面形状部(18)、特に内側歯車構造を備えた位置決定開口(16)を有し、
夫々の内側表面形状部(18)に対して割当てられた前記シャフト区画は、対応する外部表面形状部、特に外側歯車構造を有し、且つ、
前記外部表面形状部を備えた前記シャフト区画は、前記内側表面形状部(18)を有する前記位置決定開口(16)内に軸心方向に変位可能な様式で収容される、ことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。 - 前記少なくとも2つの伝達部材(28、30)は前記伝達領域(34)において、該伝達部材(28、30)の少なくとも一方に対して接続されたハウジング(32)により囲繞される、ことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- 前記振動減衰ユニット(14)は前記連接結合機構(12)を少なくとも部分的に囲繞する、ことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- 前記振動減衰デバイス(14)は、前記連接結合機構(12)の外周上に配設されると共に、該連接結合機構(12)に対して回転固定様式で接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- 前記連接結合機構(12;112;412)は固定型ボール継手である、ことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(10;110;410)。
- 前記振動減衰ユニット(14;114;414)は前記固定型ボール継手(12;112;412)のハウジング部材(24;124;424)に対して回転固定様式で接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のトルク伝達装置(10;110;410)。
- トルク伝達のための前記伝達部材(634、636)は連結領域(638)において軸心方向に重なり合う様式で相互を受容し、
前記各シャフト区画の内の少なくとも一方のシャフト区画は、その長手軸心の方向に変位可能に前記固定型ボール継手内に収容される、ことを特徴とする請求項1及び請求項16に記載のトルク伝達装置(610)。 - 前記内側表面形状部(620)を備えた前記位置決定開口(618)はボール用星形部材(616)内に形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の装置(610)。
- 前記ボール用星形部材(616)は、ボール機構(622)によりトルク伝達様式で、等速自在継手(612)のハウジング(624、626)に対して連結され、
前記ボール(622)は、前記ボール用星形部材(616)と、前記位置決定開口(618)内で軸心方向に変位可能な前記シャフト区画とが、前記他方のシャフト区画の長手軸心に対して変位可能である如き様式で配設される、ことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置(610)。 - 前記等速自在継手(612)の前記ボール用星形部材(616)と前記ハウジング部材(624、626)との間には、特にゴム製のシールド要素が配備される、ことを特徴とする請求項19または請求項20に記載の装置(610)。
- 前記固定型ボール継手(612)は前記各伝達部材の内の一方の伝達部材(636)に対して回転固定様式で接続され、好適には溶接もしくは圧力嵌めされ、且つ、前記他方のシャフト区画は他方の伝達部材(634)に対して固定様式で接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項18から21のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の装置(610)。
- 前記連結領域(638)における前記2つの伝達部材(634、636)は実質的に均一な構成であり、前記伝達部材(634、636)は各々の場合に緩衝器デバイス、好適にはゴム層を備える、ことを特徴とする請求項18から23のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の装置(610)。
- 前記各伝達部材(634、636)の間には位置決めピン(660)が配備され、前記装置(610)は前記位置決めピン(660)により軸心方向に支持固定可能であることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の装置(610)。
- 前記連接結合機構(212;312)は自在継手である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項15のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(210;310)。
- 前記振動減衰ユニット(214;314)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記自在継手(212;312)の継手軸心A、Bにより画成される平面内において、該自在継手(212;312)のハウジング部材(256;356)の外周上に配設される、ことを特徴とする請求項25に記載のトルク伝達装置(210;310)。
- 前記セグメント形態部(36、38)は、深絞り加工、鍛造または切削方法により製造される、ことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)。
- 請求項1から請求項27のいずれか一つの請求項に記載のトルク伝達装置(10)を有するシャフト配置構成。
