Claims (10)
- 制御プログラムを使用して加工設備(1)を制御するための制御装置であって、
当該制御装置は、標準的な加工パラメータが記憶されたデータメモリ(33)を含み、前記制御プログラムは該標準的な加工パラメータを呼び出すように構成されており、
前記加工設備(1)の加工対象である被加工品の材料特性および/または選択可能な加工ターゲットパラメータに前記標準的な加工パラメータを事前設定によって適合するための適合装置(31)が動作可能に設けられていることを特徴とする、制御装置。 - 前記標準的な加工パラメータは、前記加工ターゲットパラメータである前記加工設備(1)の加工プロセスのプロセス確実性、該加工設備(1)の加工結果の品質および/または加工速度に適合される、請求項1記載の制御装置。
- 前記適合装置(31)は、前記被加工品の材料特性および/または前記加工ターゲットパラメータに前記標準的な加工パラメータを複数の適合レベルで段階的に適合するように構成されている、請求項1または2記載の制御装置。
- 前記適合装置(31)は、前記標準的な加工パラメータを変更するための補正規則を含む、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。
- 前記補正規則は前記データメモリ(33)に記憶されている、請求項4記載の制御装置。
- 前記加工プロセスおよび/または前記材料特性を監視して測定信号を求める少なくとも1つの検出装置(36)と、該検出装置(36)に接続された評価装置(37)とが設けられており、
前記評価装置(37)は前記検出装置(36)の測定信号から、前記加工プロセスおよび/または前記材料特性を表す瞬時値を求める、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の制御装置。 - 制御プログラムによって加工設備(1)を制御するための制御方法であって、
標準的な加工パラメータがデータメモリ(33)に記憶され、前記制御プログラムが該標準的な加工パラメータにアクセスするように構成されており、
前記標準的な加工パラメータを適合装置(31)によって、事前設定にしたがい、前記加工設備(1)の加工対象である被加工品の材料特性および/または前記加工設備(1)の選択可能な加工ターゲットパラメータに適合し、
前記制御プログラムは、前記適合装置(31)によって適合された前記標準的な加工パラメータにアクセスすることを特徴とする、制御方法。 - 前記適合装置(31)によって適合された前記標準的な加工パラメータは計算によって得られ、転送ファイルに記憶される、請求項7記載の制御方法。
- 検出装置(36)によって測定信号を求め、
前記検出装置(36)に接続された評価装置(37)によって、前記加工プロセスおよび/または前記材料特性の瞬時値を求める、請求項7または8記載の制御方法。 - 前記標準的な加工パラメータを前記適合装置(31)によって、事前設定にしたがい、前記評価装置(37)によって求められた瞬時値に相応して適合する、請求項9記載の制御方法。
