Claims (15)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置されるステーターと、
前記ステーターの半径方向の内側に配置されるマグネットと、前記マグネットの内部に挿入されて結合され、前記ハウジングの一側を貫通して突出するナット部材を含むローターと、
前記ナット部材を回転可能に支持するベアリングと、
前記ナット部材に結合されて前記ローターが回転するにつれて線形に動くスクリュー部材と、
前記ハウジングの一側に支持され、前記スクリュー部材が線形に移動可能に支持されるマウンティング部材と、を含み、
前記ナット部材は前記ベアリングを貫通する端部と、前記端部から延長されて前記ベアリングと接触して結合される締結部と、を含むことを特徴とする、ステップアクチュエータ。 - 前記ナット部材の端部の外周面は前記ベアリングの内輪の内周面と結合され、前記締結部は前記ベアリングの内輪の側面と結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- 前記締結部は、前記ナット部材の端部に熱または超音波を加えた後、スウェージング工程を通じて前記ベアリングと結合されるベアリング締結部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- 前記締結部は、前記ナット部材の端部に形成されたフックを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- 前記フックとベアリングとの間、前記ベアリングとマグネットとの間、前記マグネットとナット部材との間のうち、少なくとも一位置に弾性部材が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置されるステーターと、
前記ステーターの半径方向の内側に配置されるマグネットと、
前記マグネットの内部に挿入されて結合され、前記ハウジングの一側を貫通して突出するナット部材と、
前記ナット部材を回転可能に支持するベアリングと、
前記ベアリングを挟んで前記ナット部材と結合される締結部材と、
前記ナット部材に結合されて前記ナット部材が回転するにつれて線形に動くスクリュー部材と、
前記ハウジングの一側に支持され、前記スクリュー部材が線形に移動可能に支持されるマウンティング部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする、ステップアクチュエータ。 - 前記ナット部材は前記ベアリングを貫通する端部と、前記端部に形成された結合溝を含み、
前記締結部材は前記結合溝に結合され、前記ベアリングの内輪と接触することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のステップアクチュエータ。 - 前記締結部材は、前記結合溝に嵌められる止めリングであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- 前記締結部材は前記結合溝に結合されてかしめ工程により固定されるブッシュであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- 前記締結部材とベアリングとの間、前記ベアリングとマグネットとの間、前記マグネットとナット部材との間のうち、少なくとも一位置に弾性部材が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- 前記締結部材は前記ベアリングの内輪と接触し、前記ナット部材の内部に挿入されて結合されるナット部材ストッパーであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置されるステーターと、
前記ステーターの半径方向の内側に配置されるマグネットと、前記マグネットの内部に挿入されて結合され、前記ハウジングの一側を貫通して突出するナット部材を含むローターと、
前記ハウジングの外側に配置されて前記ナット部材を回転可能に支持するベアリングと、
前記ハウジングと結合されて前記ベアリングを支持するベアリングカバーと、
前記ナット部材に結合されて前記ローターが回転するにつれて線形に動くスクリュー部材と、
前記ベアリングカバーと結合されて前記スクリュー部材が線形に移動可能に支持するマウンティング部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする、ステップアクチュエータ。 - 前記ナット部材は前記ベアリングと結合される締結部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- 前記締結部は、前記ベアリングと前記スクリュー部材の軸方向に平行な方向に沿ってオーバーラップされることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
- 前記ベアリングの外輪は前記ベアリングカバーと結合され、前記ベアリングの内輪は前記ナット部材と結合されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
