Claims (2)
- 第1ハウジングと第2ハウジングとを備えるハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部に配置されるステーターであって、第1ボビンと、第2ボビンと、第1歯を有する第1ヨークと、前記第1ハウジングと前記第2ハウジングとの間に据え付けられた第2歯を有する第2ヨークと、を備えるステーターと、
前記ステーターの半径方向の内側に配置されるマグネットと、前記マグネットの内部に挿入されて結合され、前記ハウジングの一側を貫通して突出するナット部材を含むローターと、
前記ナット部材を回転可能に支持するベアリングと、
前記ハウジングに結合されて前記ベアリングを支持するベアリングカバーと、
前記ナット部材に結合されて前記ローターが回転するにつれて線形に動くスクリュー部材と、
前記ベアリングカバーに結合され、前記スクリュー部材が線形移動可能に支持されるマウンティング部材であって、前記ベアリング及び前記ベアリングカバーを内側に配置できる空間を提供する収納管を有するマウンティング部材と、を含み、
前記ナット部材は前記ベアリングを貫通する端部と、前記端部から延長されて前記ベアリングと接触して結合される締結部と、を含み、
前記ナット部材の端部の外周面は前記ベアリングの内輪の内周面と結合され、前記締結部は前記ベアリングの内輪と結合され、
前記第1ハウジングは、前記第1ボビンのスリットを貫通することによって前記第1ボビンと前記マグネットとの間に配置されるように前記第2ハウジングに向けて突出する第3歯を含み、
前記第2ハウジングは、前記第2ボビンと前記マグネットとの間に配置されるように前記第1ハウジングに向けて突出する第4歯を含む
ことを特徴とする、ステップアクチュエータ。 - 前記締結部は、前記ナット部材の端部に超音波を加えた後、スウェージング工程を通じて前記ベアリングと結合されるベアリング締結部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステップアクチュエータ。
