Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 表面から流体と蒸気を除去するための装置であって、
移動手段に接続された可動プラットフォームと、
第1及び第2開放端を有し、前記第2開放端が前記可動プラットフォームに結合されている吸引管と、
前記管を通して真空を適用するための、前記吸引管の前記第2開放端に接続された真空源と
を備える装置。 - 前記吸引管がある長さを画定し、前記吸引管は、前記第1開放端が前記第2開放端よりも大きい直径を有するように、前記長さに沿って先細りした直径を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複数の管を備え、前記平坦な表面が複数の穴を備え、前記管の各々が、前記穴の1つと相互作用するようにされている、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記移動手段が、前記管の各々が前記穴の各々の中央部から前記穴の各々の周辺に沿って移動されるように前記プラットフォームを動かすようにされている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記移動手段が、前記吸引管の前記第1開放端が前記平坦な表面から50μmから2mmまでに設置されるように前記プラットフォームを動かすようにされている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記長さが、3.5度の円錐角ピッチに基づいた約1.7の開口部直径アスペクト比に合わせて導出された約18のアスペクト比を維持するのに十分なものである、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引管が前記第1開放端において約400μmの厚さを有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2開放端における前記吸引管の前記直径が約2mmである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの穴を画定する表面を乾燥させるための方法であって、
移動手段に接続された可動プラットフォームと、第1及び第2開放端を有し前記第2開放端が前記可動プラットフォームに結合されている吸引管と、前記管を通して真空を適用するための、前記吸引管の前記第2開放端に接続された真空源とを備える乾燥装置を提供する工程と、
前記吸引管の前記第1開放端を前記少なくとも1つの穴の中央部の近傍に配置する工程と、
前記穴からバルク流体を除去するために前記吸引管を通して真空を適用する工程と、
前記穴からバルク流体を除去するために前記吸引管を前記穴の中央部から前記穴の周辺端部へ及び前記穴の周辺付近へ動かす工程と、
前記穴から前記吸引管を除去する工程と、
前記吸引管の前記第1開放端が前記穴から所定の距離となるように前記吸引管を動かす工程と、
前記穴から蒸気を除去するために前記吸引管を通して真空を適用する工程とを含む方法。 - 前記吸引管がある長さを画定し、前記吸引管は、前記第1開放端が前記第2開放端よりも大きい直径を有するように、前記長さに沿って先細りした直径を有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 複数の管を備え、前記平坦な表面が複数の穴を備え、前記管の各々が前記穴の1つと相互作用するようにされている、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の距離が50μmから2mmである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記長さが、3.5度の円錐角ピッチに基づいた約1.7の開口部直径アスペクト比に合わせて導出された約18のアスペクト比を維持するのに十分なものである、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記吸引管が前記第1開放端において約400μmの厚さを有する、請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2開放端における前記吸引管の前記直径が約2mmである、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
