Aesar社製)、Na2CO3(純度99.9%、Alfa Aesar社製)、Li2CO3(純度99.9%、Alfa
Aesar社製)、BaCO3(純度99.9%、Alfa Aesar社製)、Bi2O3(純度99.99%、MCP社製)、TiO2(純度99.99%、石原産業社製)などが挙げられる。使用可能なドーパント源としては、これらに限定されるものではないが、Al2O3、CoO、Co2O3、Re2O3(ここで、Reは希土類元素である)、NiCO3、MnO2、MnCO3、Fe2O3、フッ化物及びそれらの混合物などが挙げられる。ドーパントは、99.99%以上の純度を有し、市販品をAlfa

- 式xNamBinTiO3−yKmBinTiO3−zLimBinTiO3−pBaTiO3で示され、ここで、(0<x≦1)、(0≦y≦1)、(0≦z≦1)、(0<p≦1)、(x+y+z+p=l)、(0.3≦m≦0.7)、(0.3≦n≦0.7)、(0.9≦m/n≦1.1)である、圧電化合物。
- 式((xNamBinTiO3−yKmBinTiO3−zLimBinTiO3−pBaTiO3)−rM)で示され、ここで、(0<x≦1)、(0≦y≦1)、(0≦z≦1)、(0<p≦1)、(x+y+z+p=l)、(0.3≦m≦0.7)、(0.3≦n≦0.7)、(0.9≦m/n≦1.1)及び(0wt%<r≦5wt%)であり、ここで、rは、xNamBinTiO3−yKmBinTiO3−zLimBinTiO3−pBaTiO3の範囲内の化合物の重量に基づくものであり、Mは、Al2O3、CoO、Co2O3、Re2O3(ここで、Reは希土類元素である)、NiCO3、MnO2、MnCO3、Fe2O3、フッ化物及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるドーパントである、圧電化合物。

xNa0.5Bi0.5TiO3−yK0.5Bi0.5TiO3−zBaTiO3の範囲の化合物を得るために好適な量で、出発物質であるK2CO3、Na2CO3、Li2CO3、BaCO3、Bi2O3、またはTiO2の混合物を形成し、
上記混合物を約800℃〜約950℃で約0.5時間〜約2時間仮焼して仮焼混合物を得、上記仮焼混合物を粉砕して粒径約0.5ミクロン〜約2ミクロンの仮焼混合物を作成し、
この仮焼混合物を約3000PSI〜約10000PSIで圧縮してプリフォームを得、
上記プリフォームを約500℃〜約600℃に加熱して未焼結プリフォームを得、
上記未焼結プリフォームを約1060℃〜約1220℃で約0.5時間〜約2時間焼結して、式xNa0.5Bi0.5TiO3−yK0.5Bi0.5TiO3−zBaTiO3で示され、ここで、(0<x≦1)、(0<y≦1)、(0<z≦1)及び(x+y+z=l)である圧電化合物を得る、圧電化合物の製造方法。 - 式(xNa0.5Bi0.5TiO3−yK0.5Bi0.5TiO3−zBaTiO3)−rM)で示され、ここで、(0<x≦1)、(0<y≦1)、(0<z≦1)、(x+y+z=l)、(0<r≦5wt%)であり、Mはドーパントである、圧電化合物の製造方法であって、
