Claims (14)
- 電気機械を製造する方法であって、
前記電気機械は、ステータ組立体と、スリーブと、ハウジングとを含み、当該方法は、複数のホットドロップ操作を含む、
方法。 - 前記ホットドロップ操作のうちの少なくとも1つは、200℃で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブ内への前記ステータ組立体の挿入前に前記スリーブが加熱される第一ホットドロップ操作を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジング内への前記ステータ組立体及び前記スリーブの挿入前に前記ハウジングが加熱される第二ホットドロップ操作を含む、請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブは、ステンレス鋼で形成される、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記スリーブは、中又は高炭素鋼で形成され、前記スリーブは、電気メッキされる、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジングは、アルミニウムで形成されるダイカストを含む、請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気機械は、スイッチトリラクタンス機械である、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記電気機械は、統合型始動発電機である、請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ホットドロップ操作のうちの少なくとも1つは、誘導加熱ステップを含む、請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 付属の図面を参照して実質的に前記された電気機械を製造する方法。
- 統合型始動発電機を含み、該統合型始動発電機は、ステータ組立体と、スリーブと、ハウジングとを含む、電気機械。
- 前記ハウジングと前記スリーブとの間に冷却ジャケットを含む、請求項12に記載の電気機械。
- 付属の図面を参照して実質的に前記された電気機械。
