Abstract
Description
− たとえば、シリケート溶液の沈降またはハロゲン化ケイ素の火炎加水分解(flame hydrolysis)によって調製され、比表面積が5〜1000m2/gの範囲、そして一次粒径が10〜400nmの範囲である、高分散シリカ;そのシリカは、場合によっては、たとえば、Al、Mg、Ca、Ba、Zn、Zr、およびTiなどの他の金属酸化物との混合酸化物として存在することもできる;
− BET比表面積が20〜400m2/gの範囲で、一次粒子直径が10〜400nmの範囲である、合成シリケート、たとえばケイ酸アルミニウム、およびアルカリ土類金属のシリケートたとえばケイ酸マグネシウムもしくはケイ酸カルシウム;
− 天然シリケート、たとえばカオリンおよびその他の天然産のシリカ;
− ガラス繊維およびガラス繊維製品(マット、押出し物)、またはガラスミクロスフェア。
硬化のレオメトリー:
加硫試験は、Moving Die Rheometer(MDR 2000(E))上で、振動周波数1.7Hz、振幅角1度、180℃、60分間の全試験時間で実施した。その試験手順は、ASTM D−5289に従う。
ASTM試験法D−1646に従ったこれらの試験においては、大きいローターを使用した。コンパウンド物のムーニー粘度は、100℃で測定したが、それには、サンプルを1分間予熱し、次いで粘度計のディスクを2rpmで回転させることによる剪断作用を4分間かけてから、そのトルク(ムーニー粘度単位)を測定した。ムーニースコーチの測定は、最低のトルク値から5ムーニー単位上昇するまで時間(t05)として、135℃で実施した。
サンプルは、マクロシートを180℃で13分間かけて硬化させることによって、調製した。次いで、サンプルを、標準的なASTMのダイCダンベルの形に打ち抜いた。試験は、ASTM D−412方法Aに準拠して、23℃で実施した。
硬度測定はすべて、ASTM D−2240に記載の手順に従って、A−2型硬度計を用いて実施した。
180℃で14分間かけて硬化させた引張用シートを用いて、ダイBおよびダイCの寸法の適切なサンプルを調製した。いずれの試験も、ゴムの引裂き抵抗性の指標が得られるように設計されている。その試験手順は、ASTM D 624に準拠したものである。
耐摩耗性は、DIN 53 516の試験方法に従って求める。所定の摩耗力を有するサンドペーパーを用いてゴム試験片を摩擦することによって生じる体積損失を測定し、報告する。
この試験は、ASTM D395(方法B)に準拠したものである。中実のボタンの形のサンプルを180℃で20分間かけて硬化させ、そのサンプルに、ホットエアーエージングさせながら、25%の圧縮たわみをかける。
30℃に冷却した実験室サイズのBanbury BR−82(容量1.6L)インターナルミキサーを使用して、実施例サンプルを調製した。混合の間、ローター速度は50rpm一定に保持した。0秒のところで、1Aおよび1B成分(表1参照)を添加した。30秒のところで、1C成分をミキサーに添加した。120秒のところで掃引(sweep)を実施し、次いで200秒のところで1D成分を添加し、次いで320秒のところで掃引を実施した。420秒のところで、混合を停止した。落下させた混合物(dropped mix)を4時間かけて冷却させてから、硬化剤を添加した。硬化剤(2A成分)はいずれも、30℃に冷却した10インチ×20インチの2本ロールミル上で添加した。
Claims (12)
- 水素化ニトリルゴム(HNBR)および充填剤を含むエラストマー組成物であって、前記充填剤が、ゴムあたり200部を超える量で存在している、組成物。
- 前記水素化ニトリルゴムが、55(ML(1+4)@100℃)より低いムーニー粘度を有している、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素化ニトリルゴムが、30(ML(1+4)@100℃)より低いムーニー粘度を有している、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素化ニトリルゴムが、10(ML(1+4)@100℃)より低いムーニー粘度を有している、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記充填剤がカーボンブラックである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記充填剤が、シリカ、シリケート、タルク、およびそれらのブレンド物からなる群から選択される鉱物質充填剤である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記充填剤が、250〜350phrの範囲内の量で存在している、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素化ニトリルゴムが、カルボキシル化されている、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素化ニトリルゴムが、39%より高いアクリロニトリル含量(ACN)を有している、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素化ニトリルゴムが、43%より高いアクリロニトリル含量(ACN)を有している、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 前記水素化ニトリルゴムが、完全に飽和されていて、1%未満の残存二重結合しか有しない、請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を含む物品であって、前記物品が、優れた加工性、ならびに流体および燃料油の耐熱性を有している、物品。
