Claims (25)
- アンテナ(4)と、チップと、主に電気的非導電性材で作製されたカードの薄型外部本体(1)と、移動体通信装置の回路に接続するカード接点(6)を備え、前記アンテナ(4)は前記カードの本体(1)の外部非導電性表面に導電性パス(5)の少なくとも1つのスレッド(10)で作製され、強磁性材層(7)によって少なくとも部分的に被覆され、前記層(7)は、カードの本体(1)の一表面または両表面(2)にあることを特徴とする、非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 接点(6)側の反対側の前記強磁性材層(7)が前記カードの本体(1)領域(2)の周縁部まで達し、好ましくは前記カードの本体(1)の縁部(3)に達することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- カードの外部本体(1)の領域(2)の上部の前記導電性パス(5)の片勾配と前記強磁性材層(7)の厚さとの和が最大0.15mm、好ましくは最大100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記強磁性材の真空に対する相対透磁率が30〜180、好ましくは50〜150であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記アンテナ(4)は、導電性パス(5)の6〜10本、好ましくは8本のスレッド(10)を備えたカードの一領域(2)からなり、カードの両領域(2)は前記強磁性材層(7)で被覆され、アンテナ(4)が前記強磁性材層(7)間に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記導電性パス(5)の前記スレッド(10)の幅が75〜125μm、好ましくは100μmであり、前記スレッド(10)間隔が75〜125mμ、好ましくは100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記強磁性材層(7)は、厚さが75〜125μm、好ましくは100μmの箔の形状であり、有利には鉄箔で作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の非接触脱着可能なカード。
- 前記スレッド(10)は、四角形の領域に螺旋状に取り付けられ、好ましくは隅部が曲線であり、前記四角形の一辺が接点(6)側とは反対側の辺の前記カードの本体(1)領域(2)の周縁部、好ましくは前記カードの本体(1)の縁部(3)に達し、前記四角形の反対側が前記カードの本体(1)領域(2)の2/3、好ましくは高さの1/2を超えず、前記四角形の側辺がいずれも前記カードの本体(1)領域(2)の周縁部、好ましくは前記カードの本体(1)の縁部(3)に達していることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記四角形は、パラメータが3.5〜6.5mm×6〜10mm、好ましくは5mm×8.5mmの直角形であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記アンテナ(4)は、容量素子(12)と直列接続され、このような共振回路が前記カードの本体(1)を適切なスロットに挿入後に測定した最終周波数13.0〜15.0MHz、好ましくは14MHzに同調されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記アンテナ(4)は、前記容量素子(12)が配置される側の反対側にある抵抗(11)に直列接続されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記抵抗(11)値が10〜18Ω、好ましくは14Ωであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記アンテナ(4)の信号は、前記容量素子(12)側から1番目と2番目のスレッド(12)の間で読み取られることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 受信回路の複素入力インピーダンスが周波数14MHzでXf=14MHz=4000Ω−j2200Ωであることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記カード、好ましくはmicroSDまたはSD(商標)またはminiSD(商標)の前記カードの外部本体(1)は、熱可塑性補助材、好ましくはPA6/6Tおよび/またはLCPおよび/またはPBTおよび/またはPETのポリマー型であることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記外部本体(1)は、少なくとも導電性パス(5)が延びる場所が、熱可塑性補助材、好ましくはPA6/6Tおよび/またはLCPおよび/またはPBTおよび/またはPETのポリマー型の層によって被覆されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記カードは接点(6)外側のカードの本体(1)の領域(2)の反対側に位置する螺旋誘導コイルの形状の2つのアンテナ(4)を備え、前記コイルは前記カードの本体(1)の間隙(8)を通じて結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記アンテナ(4)の前記導電性パス(5)は、周囲に沿って前記カードの本体(1)に巻かれ、導電性パス(5)のスレッド(10)は、カードの本体(1)の一領域(2)を斜めに横切り、および/または、カードの本体の反対側領域までカードの本体(1)の縁部(3)に沿って曲がって延び、カードの本体(1)の反対側の領域(2)を横切り、前記スレッド(10)の量に従って前記カードの本体(10)に繰り返し巻かれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4または6、7、8、10〜16のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記導電性パス(5)が互いに平行であることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記カードは、2つのアンテナ(4)を備え、第1アンテナ(4)の第1接点がチップに接続され、前記第1アンテナ(4)の第2接点が接地および第2アンテナ(4)の第1接点に接続され、前記第2アンテナ(4)の第2接点がチップに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 前記2つのアンテナ(4)は13.4〜13.7MHz、好ましくは13.5〜13.6MHzで別々に同調されることを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の非接触通信用の脱着可能なカード。
- 移動体通信装置、好ましくは携帯電話での請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載の脱着可能なカードの使用であって、移動体通信装置と決済アプリケーション用の読取装置との間に非接触通信接続を確立し、前記非接触通信接続はカードの本体(1)の表面または内部に取り付けるアンテナ(4)によって実現され、前記アンテナは強磁性材層(7)で遮蔽され、前記層(7)は前記カードの本体(1)の一表面または両表面(2)にあり、カードが接点(6)を介して移動体通信装置に接続されることを特徴とする、使用。
- 脱着可能なメモリカードの本体に導電性パス(5)の少なくとも1つのスレッド(10)を備え、電気非導電性物質で作製されたカードの表面に接点(6)を備え、前記非導電性物質に導電性パス(5)およびスレッド(10)の形状の溝を好ましくはレーザー光によって彫り、前記溝を導電材、好ましくは金合金で満たすアンテナの作製方法であって、前記本体(1)表面の前記アンテナ(4)の接点が前記カードの本体(1)のチップに接続され、前記アンテナ(4)を少なくとも部分的に被覆する強磁性材層(7)が一表面または両表面(2)に塗布されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項23に記載の脱着可能なカードの本体領域にアンテナを作製する方法であって、前記溝の深さは最大0.05mmであり、前記溝は好ましくは前記カードの周囲表面の高さまで導電材で満たされることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記溝を深くする前に前記カードの本体(1)表面に熱可塑性補助材、好ましくはPA6/6Tおよび/またはLCPおよび/またはPBTおよび/またはPET型の層(9)を塗布することを特徴とする、請求項23または請求項24に記載の脱着可能なカードの本体領域にアンテナを作製する方法。
