Abstract
【解決手段】導体1の外周に少なくとも一層のシラン架橋ポリオレフィン絶縁被覆層2が押出被覆されてなる絶縁電線3であり、シラン架橋ポリオレフィン絶縁被覆層2が、アルコキシシリル基を側鎖に持つポリオレフィン類に水分を作用させることによって架橋されたシラン架橋ポリオレフィンからなり、ポリオレフィンの架橋を促進する架橋促進剤として、760mmHg環境下での沸点が170℃以上、融点が190℃未満であるグアニジン誘導体を、ポリオレフィン100質量部当たり0.05質量部以上0.5質量部以下配合して成るシラン架橋ポリオレフィン絶縁電線である。

Claims (3)
- 導体と少なくとも一層の絶縁被覆層が押出成型されてなる電線であり、前記絶縁被覆層がアルコキシシリル基を側鎖に持つポリオレフィン類に水分を作用させることによって架橋されたシラン架橋ポリオレフィンからなり、前記ポリオレフィンの架橋を促進する架橋促進剤として、760mmHg環境下での沸点が170℃以上、融点が190℃未満であるグアニジン誘導体を、前記ポリオレフィン100質量部当たり0.05質量部以上0.5質量部以下配合して成ることを特徴とするシラン架橋ポリオレフィン絶縁電線。
- 前記グアニジン誘導体の沸点が、760mmHg環境下で200℃以上である請求項1に記載のシラン架橋ポリオレフィン絶縁電線。
- 前記絶縁被覆層のゲル分率が70%以上である請求項1または2に記載のシラン架橋ポリオレフィン絶縁電線。
