Abstract
【解決手段】シールド電線21は、複数の導体25及び絶縁体26を有する内線部22に対し、これを包むようにシート状の金属箔シールド部材23を設けてなる。シールド電線23は、内線部22を保持するように、また、金属箔シールド部材23の端部落ち込みや端部跳ね上がりのないように、内線部22を金属箔シールド部材23にて包み込んでなる。

複数の導体及び該複数の導体を被覆する絶縁体を有する内線部と、金属箔を有し前記内線部の外側に設けられる金属箔シールド部材とを含み、
さらに、該金属箔シールド部材をシート状のものに形成して前記内線部を包むとともに、包むにあたっては、前記金属箔シールド部材のシート幅方向となる一端を前記内線部の幅方向外側の半円部に配置し、且つ、少なくとも一周以上巻き付けるようにして重ね合わせ部を形成し、且つ、前記シート幅方向となる他端を前記半円部の位置に合わせて配置することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 複数の導体及び該複数の導体を被覆する絶縁体を有する内線部と、金属箔を有し前記内線部の外側に設けられる金属箔シールド部材とを含み、
さらに、該金属箔シールド部材をシート状のものに形成して前記内線部を包むとともに、包むにあたっては、前記金属箔シールド部材のシート幅方向となる一端を前記内線部の幅方向外側の半円部に配置し、且つ、少なくとも一周以上巻き付けるようにして重ね合わせ部を形成し、且つ、前記シート幅方向となる他端を前記半円部の位置に合わせて配置する
ことを特徴とするシールド電線。 - 請求項1に記載のシールド電線において、
前記金属箔シールド部材の電線端末側となる両端自体をアース接続部とする
ことを特徴とするシールド電線。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシールド電線において、
高圧バッテリーとインバータとを繋ぐもの、若しくは、該インバータとモータとを繋ぐものである
ことを特徴とするシールド電線。
