Abstract
【解決手段】内部パイロット式減圧弁10は、一次側ポート11に供給された圧縮空気を減圧して二次側ポート12に流出する。二次側に流入される圧力は、ハンドル61を回転させてパイロットダイヤフラム49に加わるばね力を調整することにより設定される。パイロットダイヤフラム49と調圧ばね部材59が組み込まれるボンネット47は、調圧アダプター28に挿入した後に回転させると、外方突起部71が内方突起部73に当接して装着される。調圧アダプター28とボンネット47との間にロック部材77を挿入すると、調圧アダプター28はロックされる。

Claims (4)
- 圧縮空気が供給される一次側ポートと、当該一次側ポートに連通孔を介して連通し調圧された圧縮空気を流出する二次側ポートとが形成され、前記連通孔を開閉する主弁体を備えた主弁軸が前記連通孔に軸方向に移動自在に装着されるポートブロックと、
前記ポートブロックに着脱自在に装着され、前記二次側ポートに連通する二次側圧力室と反対側のパイロット圧室とに仕切る主弁ダイヤフラムを前記ポートブロックとの間で固定する調圧アダプターと、
前記パイロット圧室と前記一次側ポートとを連通させる連通孔を開閉するパイロット弁体を開閉するパイロットダイヤフラムと、前記パイロット圧室内のパイロット圧を調整する調圧ばね部材とが組み込まれる円筒部を備え、前記調圧アダプターの円筒形装着部内に着脱自在に装着されるボンネットと、
前記円筒部の外周面に径方向外方に突出して設けられる外方突起部と、
前記円筒形装着部内に突出して設けられ、前記ボンネットを前記調圧アダプター内に軸方向に挿入した後に回転させると前記外方突起部が当接する内方突起部と、
前記外方突起部が前記内方突起部に当接した状態のもとで、前記円筒部の内面に設けられたストッパと前記外方突起部と前記円筒形装着部と前記円筒部とに区画される隙間内に挿入されるロック部材とを有することを特徴とする内部パイロット式減圧弁。 - 請求項1記載の内部パイロット式減圧弁において、前記ロック部材が軸方向に移動して脱落することを防止する環状の脱落防止部材を有することを特徴とする内部パイロット式減圧弁。
- 請求項1または2記載の内部パイロット式減圧弁において、前記外方突起部を前記ボンネットに2つ設け、前記内方突起部を前記外方突起部の数に対応させて前記調圧アダプターに2つ設け、前記ボンネットを前記調圧アダプター内に挿入した後に前記ボンネットをほぼ4分の1回転させると、それぞれの前記外方突起部が前記内方突起部に当接することを特徴とする内部パイロット式減圧弁。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内部パイロット式減圧弁において、前記パイロットダイヤフラムとの間で前記調圧ばね部材を保持するばね受け部材にねじ結合される調整ねじ部材を前記ボンネットに回転自在に設け、
前記調整ねじ部材に嵌合する端壁部と前記ボンネットの外周を覆う円筒部とを有するハンドルを、前記ボンネットに軸方向に押し付けて前記ボンネットに噛み合い前記ハンドルの回転を阻止するロック位置と、前記ハンドルを前記ボンネットから軸方向に引っ張って前記ハンドルの回転を許容する回転位置との間で軸方向に往復動自在に前記ボンネットの外側に装着し、
前記ハンドルが回転位置となったときに外部に露出され、前記ハンドルがロック位置となったときに前記ハンドルにより覆われるハンドル位置報知部を前記ボンネットの外周面に設けることを特徴とする内部パイロット式減圧弁。
