Abstract
【解決手段】回路100は、第1入力に連結される第1ダイオードD1、前記第1ダイオードD1のカソード端子と電源入力ポートとの間に連結されるLCフィルタ部110、及び前記第1ダイオードD1のカソード端子と第2入力との間に連結される第1抵抗120を含む。

Claims (7)
- 第1入力に連結される電源入力ポート及び第2入力に連結される動作モード選択ポートを含む集積回路(IC)の入力端で発生するEMI(electro magnetic interference)を除去するための回路であって、
前記第1入力に連結される第1ダイオード、
前記第1ダイオードのカソード端子と前記電源入力ポートとの間に連結されるLCフィルタ部、及び
前記第1ダイオードのカソード端子と前記第2入力との間に連結される第1抵抗、を含むことを特徴とする、EMI除去回路。 - 前記第1抵抗は、前記ICの入力端で発生するEMIを吸収するプルアップ(pull−up)抵抗であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のEMI除去回路。
- 前記第1入力は、前記ICの駆動のために外部から入力される電源であり、前記第2入力は、前記ICの動作モード選択のための信号であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のEMI除去回路。
- 前記LCフィルタ部は、
前記第1ダイオードのカソード端子と前記電源入力ポートとの間に連結されるインダクタ、及び
前記電源入力ポートと接地との間に連結されるキャパシタを含み、
前記インダクタのインダクタンス値は2.2μHであり、前記キャパシタのキャパシタンス値は220μFであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載のEMI除去回路。 - 前記第1抵抗値は、1kΩであることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のEMI除去回路。
- 前記第2入力と前記動作モード選択ポートとの間に連結される第2抵抗をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のEMI除去回路。
- 前記第2入力がオープン(open)の場合、前記動作モード選択ポートと前記第1入力は、前記第1抵抗及び前記第2抵抗を介して連結されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のEMI除去回路。
