Abstract
【解決手段】アスファルト系防水シートとポリマーセメント系塗膜防水材が積層した複合防水構造体であって、アスファルト系防水シートは、ポリマーセメント系塗膜防水材面から骨材、改質アスファルト、不織布、改質アスファルト、合成樹脂フィルムの順で積層し、一体化したアスファルト系防水シートであり、骨材は、骨材全体に対し、粒子径が2.0mm以上の粒子の質量割合を5質量%以下含み、且つ、粒子径が0.6mm以上であり且つ2.0mm未満の粒子の質量割合を70〜100質量%含む複合防水構造体。

Description
酸化重合したものである。ストレートアスファルトの軟化点やせん断力を改善するために必要に応じて用いることができる。針入度(25℃)は、好ましくは0以上、且つ40以下であり、さらに好ましくは5を超え、且つ30以下であり、特に好ましくは10を超え、且つ20以下である。
より好ましくは100〜300質量部であり、さらに好ましくは130〜270質量部、特に好ましくは150〜250質量部
1)不織布
・ポリエステル製不織布(目付:140g/m2、幅1.0m×長さ1.5m)
2)改質アスファルト
・改質アスファルト(ストレートアスファルトをポリオレフィン系合成樹脂で改質、粘度(190℃):4500mPa・s、軟化点:152℃、針入度(25℃):25)
3)骨材
・骨材A(スレート砂、粒子径2.0mm以上:1.8質量%、粒子径0.6mm以上であり且つ2.0mm未満:91.4質量%、粒子径0.15mm以上であり且つ0.6mm未満:6.8質量%)
・骨材B(鉱物砕砂、粒子径2.0mm以上:0.2質量%、粒子径0.6mm以上であり且つ2.0mm未満:86.2質量%、粒子径0.15mm以上であり且つ0.6mm未満:13.6質量%)

不織布を中間層(基材)として、190℃の改質アスファルトに含浸し、4.0mmの厚みになるよう調製した。その次に、片面に合成樹脂フィルムを、反対側の面に骨材A(単位面積当たりの骨材質量:1.10kg/m2)を張合わせ、実施例1のアスファルト系防水シートを得た。
不織布を中間層(基材)として、190℃の改質アスファルトに含浸し、4.0mmの厚みになるよう調製した。その次に、片面に合成樹脂フィルムを、反対側の面に骨材B(単位面積当たりの骨材質量:1.20kg/m2)を張合わせ、実施例2のアスファルト系防水シートを得た。
不織布を中間層(基材)として、190℃の改質アスファルトに含浸し、4.0mmの厚みになるよう調製した。その次に、片面に合成樹脂フィルムを、反対側の面に骨材C(単位面積当たりの骨材質量:1.20kg/m2)を張合わせ、比較例1のアスファルト系防水シートを得た。

JIS K 6854−2:1999「接着剤―はく離接着強さ試験方法―第2部:180度はく離」に記載の試験方法に準拠して測定を行った。図1(d)に示すように、25mm幅で、不織布とポリマーセメント系塗膜防水材が一体化した層まで(防水シート表面まで)、切り込みを入れて、1つの試験体から、6つの試験片を作製した。不織布とポリマーセメント系塗膜防水材が一体化した層を(a)−(a)線で、折り曲げ、はく離テープ部分と、不織布とポリマーセメント系塗膜防水材が一体化した層の端部を治具に取り付け、180度折り曲げ精密万能材料試験機(インテスコ社製、210XLS)を用い、矢印15の方向に、引張速度300mm/分の条件で引っ張ったときの平均荷重を180度はく離接着強さ(単位:N/25mm)とした。

Claims (4)
- アスファルト系防水シートとポリマーセメント系塗膜防水材が積層した複合防水構造体であって、
前記アスファルト系防水シートは、前記ポリマーセメント系塗膜防水材面から骨材、改質アスファルト、不織布、改質アスファルト、合成樹脂フィルムの順で積層し、一体化したアスファルト系防水シートであり、
前記骨材は、骨材全体に対し、粒子径が2.0mm以上の粒子の質量割合を5質量%以下含み、且つ、粒子径が0.6mm以上であり且つ2.0mm未満の粒子の質量割合を70〜100質量%含む複合防水構造体。 - 前記ポリマーセメント系塗膜防水材は、アルミナセメントを含む水硬性成分と、充填材と、ポリマーエマルジョンと、を含むポリマーセメント系組成物から得られる請求項1に記載の複合防水構造体。
- 前記ポリマーエマルジョンに含まれるポリマー成分のガラス転移温度(Tg)は、0℃以下である請求項2に記載の複合防水構造体。
- 前記合成樹脂フィルムは、ポリオレフィン樹脂フィルムである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の複合防水構造体。
