Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体は、電気化学エッチング処理によって表面に、内部へ腐食させて複数のナノレベルの微細孔が形成されているアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材と、結晶型熱可塑性樹脂であり、且つ前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材の微細孔が形成されている表面に射出成形で固着される樹脂部材と、を備える。

Claims (9)
- 電気化学エッチング処理によって、表面において、内部へ腐食させて複数のナノレベルの微細孔が形成されているアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材と、
結晶型熱可塑性樹脂であり、且つ前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材の微細孔が形成されている表面に射出成形で固着される樹脂部材と、
を備えることを特徴とするアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体。 - 複数の前記ナノレベルの微細孔の平均内径は20〜60nmであり、前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材の表面粗度Raの値は0.1〜1μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体。
- 前記結晶型熱可塑性樹脂は、重量比が30重量%のガラス繊維が添加されたポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂或いはポリアミド樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体。
- 前記樹脂部材の少なくとも一部が、前記ナノレベルの微細孔内に侵入して、前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材の表面に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体。
- アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材を用意する工程と、
前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材に対して、電気化学エッチング処理を行って、その表面において、内部へ腐食させて複数のナノレベルの微細孔を形成させる工程と、
電気化学エッチング処理を経た前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材を射出成形金型にインサートし、結晶型熱可塑性樹脂を射出して樹脂組成物部品として成形すると共に、それを前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材の前記表面に接合する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とするアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。 - 複数の前記ナノレベルの微細孔の平均内径は20〜60nmであり、電気化学エッチング処理がなされた前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材の表面粗度Raの値は0.1〜1μmであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。
- 前記電気化学エッチング処理工程は、体積濃度が30〜50ml/Lである硫酸及び体積濃度が20〜60ml/Lであるリン酸の混合溶液に8〜15分通電し、且つ電流密度を2〜4A/dm2にすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。
- 前記電気化学エッチング処理工程は、前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材を陽極とし、この陽極の主な化学反応が、Al→Al3++3e−であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。
- 前記電気化学エッチング処理工程の前に、前記アルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金基材を10〜50g/Lの水酸化ナトリウムを含有する塩基性水溶液に、3〜5分を浸漬する工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアルミニウム或いはアルミニウム合金と樹脂の複合体の製造方法。
