【解決手段】 シールドケース8に装着された赤外線透過フィルター7と表面電極2a、2bが対向する領域の少なくとも一部分に、赤外線が反射する反射膜9を少なくとも1箇所以上設け、赤外線透過フィルター7と表面電極2a、2bを極近で配置する。

Claims (5)
- 焦電体基板の受光面側となる一面に表面電極を配し、前記焦電体基板の他面の前記表面電極に対応する位置に裏面電極を配した焦電素子を少なくとも一つ備えるセンサ素子と、前記センサ素子を覆い、前記表面電極に対向する開口部を有するシールドケースと、前記開口部に設置される赤外線透過フィルターと、前記センサ素子の出力信号をインピーダンス変換して出力する出力回路を備えた焦電型赤外線センサであって、前記赤外線透過フィルターと前記表面電極が互いに対向する領域の少なくとも一部分に、外部から入射する赤外線を反射する反射膜を少なくとも1箇所備えたことを特徴とする焦電型赤外線センサ。
- 前記表面電極は複数の領域に分割され、かつ互いに接続されており、前記反射膜は、前記分割された表面電極同士を接続する接続パターンと対向する領域に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
- 前記反射膜は、スパッタ法または真空蒸着法により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
- 前記反射膜は、印刷法または塗布、転写、ディップ工法のいずれかにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
- 前記反射膜は、薄板を前記シールドケースまたは前記赤外線透過フィルターへ貼り合わせて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の焦電型赤外線センサ。
