Abstract
【解決手段】基材Sを送出方向に搬送する送出機構20と、基材Sの表面S1側に配置され、塗液Dを送出方向に交差する向きに塗布領域Saと非塗布領域Sbとを交互に形成して塗液Dを塗布する第1塗布ヘッド31と、基材Sの裏面S2側に配置され、塗液を送出方向に交差する向きに塗布領域Saと非塗布領域Sbとを交互に形成して塗液を塗布する第2塗布ヘッド41と、基材Sの表面S1側で且つ第2塗布ヘッド41の基材Sを挟んだ対向する位置近傍に配置され、軸方向に沿った両端部に大径の第1ローラ、これら第1ローラの間に設けられた小径の第2ローラ、これら第1ローラと第2ローラを一体、かつ、同軸で連結する軸体を有する塗工ロール50とを備えた。

Claims (5)
- 塗布領域と非塗布領域を有し、シート状に形成された基材の両面の前記塗布領域に塗液を塗布する両面塗工装置において、
前記基材を送出方向に搬送する搬送機構と、
前記基材の一方の面側に配置され、前記塗液を前記送出方向に交差する向きに塗布領域と非塗布領域とを交互に形成して前記塗液を塗布する第1塗布ヘッドと、
前記基材の他方の面側に配置され、前記塗液を前記送出方向に交差する向きに塗布領域と非塗布領域とを交互に形成して前記塗液を塗布する第2塗布ヘッドと、
前記基材の一方の面側で且つ前記第2塗布ヘッドの前記基材を挟んだ対向する位置近傍に配置され、軸方向に沿った両端部に第1ローラ、これら第1ローラの間に設けられた第2ローラ、これら第1ローラ及び第2ローラを回転させると共に、前記第1ローラの周速は前記第2ローラの周速よりも大とさせる回転機構を有する塗工ロールとを備えていることを特徴とする両面塗工装置。 - 前記塗工ロールは、前記第1ローラは大径の円柱、前記第2ローラは小径の円柱に形成され、前記回転機構は前記第1ローラと前記第2ローラを一体、かつ、同軸で連結する軸体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両面塗工装置。
- 前記塗工ロールは、前記第1ローラは大径、前記第2ローラは小径に形成され、前記回転機構は前記第1ローラと前記第2ローラを同一回転数で回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両面塗工装置。
- 前記塗工ロールは、前記第1ローラと前記第2ローラとは同径に形成され、前記回転機構は前記第1ローラの回転数を前記第2ローラの回転数よりも大とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両面塗工装置。
- 前記塗工ロールは、前記第1ローラは大径の円錐台、前記第2ローラは小径の円錐台に形成され、前記回転機構は前記第1ローラと前記第2ローラを同一回転数で回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の両面塗工装置。
