Abstract
【解決手段】通常可動域α1と微速可動域α2とでアクセル操作を可能にする。非アクセル操作時にスロットル開度を最小開度側に戻すスロットルバネを有する。スロットル開度に応じてモータを駆動する駆動部を有する。スロットルバネは微速可動域α2の中間位置である微速基準開度SL0までアクセルグリップを付勢してスロットル開度を小さくする。微速可動域α2では、微速基準開度SL0を基準にスロットル開度が大きい領域α2Fでは電動車両を微小車速で前進させる一方、微速基準開度SL0を基準にスロットル開度が小さい領域α2Rでは電動車両を予定の微小車速で後進させるように駆動部にモータ駆動指令を供給する微速制御部を備える。

- 通常可動域(α1)内で最小開度から第1の方向にスロットル開度(TH)を大きくするアクセル操作を可能にするアクセルグリップ(48)と、非アクセル操作時にスロットル開度(TH)を前記最小開度側に戻すバネ手段(57)を有するアクセル機構(90)と、前記アクセル機構によるスロットル開度(TH)に応じてモータ(18)を駆動する駆動部(81)とを有する電動車両の制御装置において、
前記最小開度からさらに前記第1の方向とは反対方向の第2の方向に設定した微速可動域(α2)と、前記通常可動域(α1)および前記微速可動域(α2)との間に位置規制手段(64、72)を設け、
前記アクセル機構(90)が、前記最小開度からさらに前記位置規制手段(64、72)に抗って前記第1の方向とは反対方向の第2の方向に設定した微速可動域(α2)までスロットル開度を操作可能に構成されるとともに、

前記微速制御部(83)が、電動車両(1)が停車しているときに該電動車両(1)を予定の微車速で前進または後進させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電動車両の制御装置。 - タイマ手段を備え、
前記微速制御部(83)が、スロットル開度(TH)が前記微速基準開度(SL0)に予定時間(T)以上保持されていたときに電動車両(1)を予定の微車速で前進または後進させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電動車両の制御装置。 - アクセル操作によって前記位置規制手段(64、72)を超えてスロットル開度(TH)を変化させる際に、アクセル操作に応じて該位置規制手段による規制を解除する解除手段(65)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電動車両の制御装置。
- 前記位置規制手段(64、72)が、前記アクセルグリップ(48)側に設けられるストッパ(64)と、スロットル開度(TH)が小さくなる方向では前記ストッパ(64)に当接する係止部(72)とからなり、
前記解除手段(65)が、前記係止部(72)に前記ストッパ(64)が当接するのを回避させるため前記ストッパ(64)を移動させる係止回避手段(65)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6記載の電動車両の制御装置。 - 前記ストッパ(64)および前記係止部(72)の外形面のうち、前記スロットル開度(TH)が大きくなる方向にアクセル操作したときの互いの当接面が、所定の逃げ角で当接するように勾配(θ)を有して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の電動車両の制御装置。
- 電動車両(1)が垂直に立っている状態から側方への傾斜角度を検出する予定角度傾斜センサ(47)を備え、
前記微速制御部(83)が、前記傾斜角度に基づいて電動車両(1)が転倒していないことが検出されていないと判断されたときに電動車両(1)を予定の微車速で前進または後進させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電動車両の制御装置。 - 運転者がシート(21)に着座しているときに検出信号を出力するシートスイッチ(22)を備え、
前記微速制御部(83)が、運転者がシート(21)に着座していないときに電動車両(1)を予定の微車速で前進または後進させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電動車両の制御装置。 - 電動車両(1)を押し歩き可能な速度を予め設定し、この予め設定された押し歩き速度
よりも車速が小さいときに、前記微速制御部(83)が、前記押し歩き速度より小さい微車速で電動車両(1)を前進または後進させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電動車両の制御装置。 - 電動車両(1)を押し歩き可能な速度を予め設定し、この予め設定された押し歩き速度
よりも車速が大きいときに、前記微速制御部(83)が、電動車両(1)を停止させるように前記駆動部(85)にモータ駆動指令を供給するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の電動車両の制御装置。 - 電動車両(1)が、鞍乗り型電動車であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の電動車両の制御装置。
