Abstract
【解決手段】 人力駆動力による人力駆動系と、人力駆動系の人力トルクを検出するトルク検出部41の検出値に応じた駆動力でモータ32を駆動する電動駆動系とを備え、人力駆動系のクランク6の回転数が、平坦路を速度検出部40の検出した走行速度で走行する際のクランクの回転数より低い回転数の時、電動駆動系にて回生充電を行う。この構成によれば、クランクの回転数により下り坂走行状態を判断しているので、運転者の体重や、積載物等に関わりなく、より正確に下り坂走行状態を判断して回生充電を行い、バッテリーを充電し、快適な走行性を維持することができる。

Description
この特許文献1の構成では、モータが制動力を発生させるのは、ブレーキをかけたことを検出した際であり、ブレーキをかけるまでは、モータによる制動力を発生させることができず、モータを回生状態にすることもできないものであった。

Claims (6)
- 人力駆動力による人力駆動系と、該人力駆動系の人力トルクを検出するトルク検出部の検出値に応じた駆動力で電動機を駆動する電動駆動系とを備え、前記人力駆動系のクランクの回転数が所定値以下の時、電動駆動系にて回生充電を行う制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする電動補助自転車。
- 人力駆動力による人力駆動系と、該人力駆動系の人力トルクを検出するトルク検出部の検出値に応じた駆動力で電動機を駆動する電動駆動系とを備え、前記人力駆動系のクランクの回転数が実質状ない時、電動駆動系にて回生充電を行う制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする電動補助自転車。
- 走行速度を検出する速度検出部を設け、前記クランクの回転数の所定値を、平坦路を前記速度検出部の検出した走行速度で走行する際のクランクの回転数より低い回転数に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電動補助自転車。
- 前記制御手段は、車速の変化量を所定値以下となるように回生充電量を制御することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電動補助自転車。
- 前記制御手段は、車速の変化量が大きいほど回生充電量を多くするよう制御することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電動補助自転車。
- 前記制御手段は、車速が一定速度以上のときに回生充電を行うことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の電動補助自転車。
