Claims (20)
- 締め付け要素(1)に固定されるバネ取り付け金具(7)と、
多角形ねじナット(6)と、
前記多角形ねじナット(6)と相互作用可能な締め付けねじ(5)と、
を含み、
前記ねじナット(6)は、前記バネ取り付け金具(7)内で回転に対して安全に保持される締め付け要素(1)。 - 張力クランプとして形成される請求項1に記載の締め付け要素。
- 前記バネ取り付け金具(7)は底部(10)と2つの脚(8、9)を有するU字形の手法で実装される請求項2に記載の締め付け要素。
- 前記脚(8、9)はそれぞれ内側に向いた第1の段(11、12)を有し、前記ねじナット(6)は前記底部(10)と前記第1の段(11、12)の間に保持される請求項3に記載の締め付け要素。
- 少なくとも2つの保持ツメ(13、14)が、前記底部の異なった側で前記底部(10)から伸び、前記ねじナット(6)を横方向に保持する請求項3に記載の締め付け要素。
- 前記脚(8、9)はそれぞれ外側に向いた第2の段(16、17)を有し、固定溝(18、19)は、前記脚(8、9)の外側で前記第1の段(11、12)と前記第2の段(16、17)の間に実装される請求項3に記載の締め付け要素。
- 少なくとも1つのねじ山が前記脚(8、9)の内側、前記固定溝(18、19)の領域内で形作られる請求項6に記載の締め付け要素。
- 前記脚(8、9)の自由端(29、30)はお互いに向かって曲げられ、前記締め付けねじ(5)のねじ山と噛み合うことができる請求項3に記載の締め付け要素。
- 安全ツメ(26、27、28、28’)が前記脚(8、9)の上に提供される請求項3に記載の締め付け要素。
- 前記安全ツメ(26、27、28、28’)は前記脚(8、9)とひとつなぎに実装される請求項9に記載の締め付け要素。
- 開いた縁(22、23、24、25)が前記保持ツメ(13、14)と前記脚(8、9)の間に実装される請求項5に記載の締め付け要素。
- バネ取り付け金具(7)内に多角形ねじナット(6)を置くこと、および
締め付け要素(1)に前記バネ取り付け金具(7)を固定すること、
を含む締め付け要素(1)を形成するための方法。 - 前記締め付け要素(1)は張力クランプとして形成される請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ねじナット(6)を前記バネ取り付け金具(7)の中で、回転に対して安全にすることをさらに含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記バネ取り付け金具は脚を含み、前記締め付け要素(1)の開口の中に前記バネ取り付け金具(7)の前記脚(8、9、11、12、16、17)を挿入することをさらに含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記バネ取り付け金具は脚を含み、前記脚(9、0、11、12、16、17)の外側で前記締め付け要素(1)の開口を噛み合わせることをさらに含む請求項12に記載の方法。
- 締め付け頭(3、4)を有する締め付けバンド(2)と、
前記締め付け頭(3、4)の1つに取り付けられたバネ取り付け金具(7)と、
前記バネ取り付け金具(7)の中で回転に対して安全に保持される多角形ねじナット(6)と、
を含む張力クランプ。 - 前記締め付け頭は少なくとも1つの凹部(20)を含み、前記バネ取り付け金具(7)は前記少なくとも1つの凹部(20)と噛み合って配置される請求項17に記載の張力クランプ。
- 締め付けねじ(5)は前記ねじナット(6)と相互作用する請求項17に記載の張力クランプ。
- 前記バネ取り付け金具(4)は、前記多角形ねじナット(6)を保持するために配置された少なくとも2つの脚(8、9)を含む請求項17に記載の張力クランプ。
