Abstract
【解決手段】ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55〜73%、Al2O3 17〜25%、Li2O 2〜5%、TiO2 2.5〜5.5%、ZrO2 0〜2.3%、SnO2 0.2〜0.9%、V2O5 0.005〜0.09%を含有し、As2O3およびSb2O3を実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする結晶化ガラス。

Description
吸光度変化率=(熱処理後の吸光度−熱処理前の吸光度)/熱処理前の吸光度×100(%)
本発明の結晶化ガラスの30〜750℃の温度範囲での熱膨張係数は、−10〜30×10−7/℃、特に−10〜20×10−7/℃であることが好ましい。熱膨張係数が当該範囲にあると、耐熱衝撃性に優れたガラスとなる。なお、本発明において、熱膨張係数はディラトメーターにより測定した値をいう。
溶融条件2:1600℃で20時間、さらに1700℃で4時間溶融
溶融条件3:1500℃で20時間、さらに1600℃で4時間溶融
(ここで、溶融条件1〜3で得られた結晶化ガラスについて測定した波長700nmにおける吸光度のうち、最大値を「吸光度max」、最小値を「吸光度min」とする。)
Claims (6)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55〜73%、Al2O3 17〜25%、Li2O 2〜5%、TiO2 2.5〜5.5%、ZrO2 0〜2.3%、SnO2 0.2〜0.9%、V2O5 0.005〜0.09%を含有し、As2O3およびSb2O3を実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする結晶化ガラス。
- TiO2+SnO2が2.7〜6%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の結晶化ガラス。
- さらに、MgO 0〜2%、ZnO 0〜2%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の結晶化ガラス。
- Li2O+MgO+ZnOが3〜6%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の結晶化ガラス。
- 調理器用トッププレートに用いられることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の結晶化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55〜73%、Al2O3 17〜25%、Li2O 2〜5%、TiO2 2.5〜5.5%、ZrO2 0〜2.3%、SnO2 0.2〜0.85%、V2O5 0.005〜0.09%を含有し、As2O3およびSb2O3を実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする結晶性ガラス。
