Abstract
【解決手段】ナノ粒子を含む断熱材を、耐熱性繊維の織布からなる外装体で包囲するとともに、外装体端縁の重ね合わせ部分を、繊維径5μm以下の耐熱性繊維からなるシート状物を挟んだ状態で縫製したことを特徴とする断熱体。

Description
繊維径が0.8〜3μmの微細ガラス繊維を抄造してなる、密度150kg/m3で厚さ1.2mmのシートA(実施例)、繊維径が5〜10μmのガラス繊維を抄造してなる、密度120kg/m3で厚さ1.2mmのシートB(比較例)、繊維径が4〜6μmのロックールを抄造してなる、密度215kg/m3で厚さ2.2mmのシートC(比較例)を用意した。
図6に示すように、クリーンブース内の略中央に試験体を置き、その周囲にスペーサを配置した。そして、試験体の上面に押圧板を載置し、厚さ当初の70%になるまで圧縮した。クリーンブース内にはパーティクルカウンタが配置されており、圧縮直後1分間にわたり、クリーンブース内のパーティクル数を測定した。また、参考のために、試験体を置く前のクリーンブースのパーティクル数(ブランク)も測定した。尚、試験は5回行い、その平均を求めた。

Claims (4)
- ナノ粒子を含む断熱材を、耐熱性を有する外装体で包囲するとともに、外装体端縁の重ね合わせ部分を、繊維径5μm以下の耐熱性繊維からなるシート状物を挟んだ状態で縫製したことを特徴とする断熱体。
- シート状物を形成する耐熱性繊維がガラス繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の断熱体。
- 外装体が、断熱材側にアルミ箔を積層したアルミ加工クロスまたはフッ素樹脂からなるシートであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の断熱体。
- 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の断熱体と、発熱体とを備えることを特徴とするヒータ。
