Abstract
【解決手段】ハイドロタルサイト類化合物60重量部以上90重量部以下と、残部の酸化亜鉛及び/または導電性酸化亜鉛と、から構成されるベース材料成分100重量部に対して、酸化ジルコニウム及び炭化ジルコニウムから選ばれる1種以上の保温補助成分0.5重量部以上1重量部以下を配合してなる保温性材料。

Description
〔Ma2+ 1-xMb3+ x(OH)2〕X+〔An- x/n・yH2O〕 ……(1)
ここで、酸化ジルコニウムとしては、特に限定されるものではなく、Y2O3・CaO・MgO等の、他の成分との化合により安定化された酸化ジルコニウムであっても良い。
ハイドロタルサイト類化合物(堺化学工業社製STABIACE HT−P。略号「HT」)粉末(平均粒径:0.45μm)、炭化ジルコン粉末(平均粒径:0.3μm)、酸化ジルコン粉末(平均粒径:0.2μm)、導電性酸化亜鉛粉末(平均粒径:0.2μm。アルミニウムがドープされたもの(ハクスイテック社製23−K)。略号「CZnO」)、酸化亜鉛粉末(平均粒径:0.2μm)を、 それぞれ表1及び表2に示すような配合(重量部)に従って混合して、本発明に係る保温性材料A〜H、及び、対照品(比較例)の保温性材料I〜Xを得た。
アクリルニトリル(AN)の共重合成分として、酢酸ビニル、ビニルスルホン酸ナトリウムをそれぞれ、モル比において94.5:5.1:0.4の比率で混合させた原液を調製し、これをDMSO(ジメチルスルホキシド)溶媒中にて重合させた。加えてDMSO中に上記配合Eに係る保温用材料を均一分散させたスラリーを別途作製し、増粘剤として上述した重合されて得られた原液を、添加比率が、配合Eに係る保温用材料/DMSO/重合原液の重量比が、10/87/3として、添加し、紡糸原液とした。この紡糸原液中のポリマー成分100重量部あたり、配合Eに係る保温用材料が2重量部となっている。

Claims (3)
- ハイドロタルサイト類化合物60重量部以上90重量部以下と、残部の酸化亜鉛及び/または導電性酸化亜鉛と、から構成されるベース材料成分100重量部に対して、酸化ジルコニウム及び炭化ジルコニウムから選ばれる1種以上の保温補助成分0.5重量部以上1重量部以下を配合してなることを特徴とする保温性材料。
- 請求項1に記載の保温性材料が合成樹脂内に配合されていることを特徴とする保温用素材。
- 板状形状体、筒状形状体、シート状形状体、繊維状形状体、または、繊維から形成された組織体であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の保温用素材。
