【解決手段】骨およびインプラント材にレーザ光を照射して骨およびインプラント材のレーザ加工を行うレーザ加工装置において、インプラント材52にレーザ光を照射してインプラント材52に穴をあけ、かつインプラント材52に近接配置された骨51にレーザ光を照射することによってインプラント材52を溶融させるとともに骨51に穴あけを行い、溶融させたインプラント材52を膨張させた状態で骨の穴内に充填させることによって骨51とインプラント材52とを接合するレーザ照射部を備える。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係るレーザ加工装置の構成を示すブロック図である。レーザ加工装置1は、レーザ照射部10、エネルギーレベル制御部21、レーザ切替制御部22、焦点位置制御部23、加工条件決定部30、輝度検出部41、時間計測部42を備えている。
つぎに、図1および図9〜14を用いてこの発明の実施の形態2について説明する。実施の形態2では、非発泡層を基材としたインプラント材52にレーザ光を照射して、非発泡層の表面層に発泡層(非発泡層を改質した新たな加工層)を形成する。そして、この発泡層の形成によって、発泡層と非発泡層からなる二層構造のインプラント材を作成する。

Claims (5)
- 骨およびインプラント材にレーザ光を照射して前記骨およびインプラント材のレーザ加工を行うレーザ加工装置において、
前記インプラント材にレーザ光を照射して前記インプラント材に穴をあけ、かつ前記インプラント材に近接配置された骨にレーザ光を照射することによって前記インプラント材を溶融させるとともに前記骨に穴あけを行い、溶融させた前記インプラント材を膨張させた状態で前記骨の穴内に充填させることによって前記骨と前記インプラント材とを接合するレーザ照射部を備えることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 前記インプラント材は前記骨の上部側に近接配置され、
前記レーザ照射部は、
前記インプラント材の上部側から前記インプラント材にレーザ光を照射することによって前記インプラント材の上部側から前記骨に至る穴を前記インプラント材にあけ、かつ前記インプラント材にあけた穴を介して前記骨にレーザ光を照射することによって前記骨を穴あけすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ加工装置。 - 骨およびインプラント材にレーザ光を照射して前記骨およびインプラント材のレーザ加工を行うレーザ加工装置において、
予め穴があけられたインプラント材に対して近接配置された骨にレーザ光を照射することによって前記インプラント材を溶融させるとともに前記骨に穴あけを行い、溶融させた前記インプラント材を膨張させた状態で前記骨の穴内に充填させることによって前記骨と前記インプラント材とを接合するレーザ照射部を備えることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。 - 前記インプラント材は前記骨の上部側に近接配置され、
前記レーザ照射部は、
前記インプラント材の上部側から前記インプラント材にレーザ光を照射することによって、前記インプラント材の上部側から前記骨に至る前記インプラント材の穴を介して前記骨にレーザ光を照射し、照射したレーザ光によって前記骨を穴あけすることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレーザ加工装置。 - 骨およびインプラント材にレーザ光を照射して前記骨およびインプラント材のレーザ加工を行うレーザ加工装置において、
前記インプラント材と前記インプラント材の横側に近接配置された前記骨との境界部にレーザ光を照射することによって前記インプラント材を溶融させるとともに前記骨に穴あけを行い、溶融させた前記インプラント材を膨張させた状態で前記骨の穴に充填させることによって前記骨と前記インプラント材とを接合するレーザ照射部を備えることを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
