Abstract
【解決手段】仕上げ機能を提供することに加えて、サンドイッチパネルは、特定の機械的特性を有する必要があり、かつ車両内部で火が広がるのを抑制するのに十分な耐火性を有する必要がある。本開示は、無機質系の熱硬化性樹脂または熱可塑性樹脂ベースの天然繊維で補強された複合材を含む外板24,26を有する航空機内部パネル20を提供する。そのようなパネルは、必要な難燃性および耐熱性を提供し、簡単なリサイクルおよび処分を可能にし、より安価であり、従来のサンドイッチパネルに比べて大きな軽量化を図ることができる。

Claims (19)
- 第1の外板と第2の外板の間に挟まれたコアを備える航空機内部パネルであって、前記第1の外板と前記第2の外板がどちらも、天然繊維が樹脂内に固定された複合マトリックスを含む複合材を含む、航空機内部パネル。
- 前記天然繊維が、難燃剤、任意選択でハロゲン化されていない難燃剤で処理されている、請求項1に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 前記難燃剤が、ホウ素誘導体、八ホウ酸二ナトリウム四水和物、およびリン酸塩ナノ粒子の1つである、請求項2に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 前記天然繊維が亜麻である、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 前記樹脂が無機質系の熱硬化性樹脂であり、任意選択でケイ酸アルミニウム誘導体を含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 前記樹脂が熱可塑性樹脂であり、任意選択でポリプロピレンまたはポリ乳酸を含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 前記第1および第2の外板の少なくとも1つの外側表面上に難燃性の保護被覆を含む、請求項6に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 前記樹脂がポリプロピレンを含み、前記保護被覆が、アルミニウムナノ粒子内にカプセル化されたケイ酸ナトリウムナノ粒子を含む、請求項7に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 前記樹脂がポリ乳酸を含み、前記保護被覆が、リン酸塩、アンモニウム塩、ナノグラフェン、炭酸塩、およびケイ酸ナトリウムの少なくとも1つのナノ粒子を含む、請求項7に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 前記コアが、ペーパーハニカムを含むか、またはポリフッ化ビニリデン発泡剤のような耐火性で熱可塑性の発泡剤などの熱可塑性の発泡剤を含む、請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 前記コアが、たとえば誘電体障壁放電プロセスもしくは化学エッチングによって、または接着剤を使用することによって、前記第1および第2の外板への粘着力を高めるために活性化されている、請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の航空機内部パネル。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の1つまたは複数の航空機内部パネルを備える航空機。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の航空機内部パネルを製造する方法であって、前記天然繊維の布、前記樹脂、および前記コアからなる積層体を硬化させて前記航空機内部パネルを形成することを含む方法。
- 前記天然繊維を重ね合わせることと、前記天然繊維を前記樹脂に含浸させることと、前記天然繊維および樹脂を硬化させて前記第1および第2の外板を形成することと、前記コアの各側に前記第1および第2の外板を重ね合わせて積層体を形成することと、前記積層体を硬化させて前記航空機内部パネルを形成することとを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂に含浸された前記天然繊維布を前記コアの両側に重ね合わせて前記積層体を形成することと、単一の工程で前記積層体を硬化させて前記航空機内部パネルを形成することとを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 真空バッグプロセス、機械プレス、またはオートクレーブを使用することによって硬化を行うことを含む、請求項13ないし15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 難燃剤内に前記天然繊維を浸漬させることをさらに含む、請求項13ないし16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の外板の少なくとも1つの外側表面上に難燃性の保護被覆を提供することをさらに含む、請求項13ないし17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記コアの前記表面を活性化させて前記第1および第2の外板に対する前記コアの粘着力を改善すること、または同じ目的で接着剤を使用することをさらに含む、請求項13ないし18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
