Abstract
【解決手段】電池パックは、保護回路モジュールと、少なくとも1つ以上のベアセルと、サーミスタとを含む。本発明において、ベアセルは、保護回路モジュールに電気的に接続される。サーミスタは、弾性体からなる支持本体と、前記支持本体の一表面に備えられる1対の端子部と、前記端子部から前記支持本体の外周面に形成された導電性接続部と、前記導電性接続部に接続される温度センサとを備える。このとき、前記サーミスタは、前記保護回路モジュールと前記ベアセルとの間に備えられ、前記保護回路モジュールおよび前記ベアセルと密着する。本発明によれば、固定用テープなど別途の固定用の構成がなくても、サーミスタを電池パック内に固定することができる。結果的に、サーミスタを固定するための別途の工程を省略できるという効果がある。

Claims (19)
- 弾性体を備える支持本体と、
前記支持本体上に形成された温度センサと、
印刷回路基板に接続される端子部と、
前記支持本体上に形成された導電性接続部とを含み、
前記導電性接続部は、前記端子部および温度センサに接続されることを特徴とするサーミスタ。 - 前記導電性接続部は、導電性フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーミスタ。
- 前記導電性接続部は、絶縁性フィルム上にプリントされた導電性導線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーミスタ。
- 前記導電性接続部は、前記支持本体の外周面全体にわたって形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のサーミスタ。
- 前記導電性接続部は、前記支持本体の側面を除く全体にわたって形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のサーミスタ。
- 前記導電性接続部は、支持本体の一領域上にのみ形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーミスタ。
- 前記支持本体は、断面が四角形、五角形、または六角形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーミスタ。
- 前記支持本体は、一領域がラウンド形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーミスタ。
- 前記温度センサは、ラウンドされた支持本体の外表面上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーミスタ。
- 前記サーミスタは、追加の第2温度センサおよび第2端子部を含み、前記第2温度センサは、第2端子部に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーミスタ。
- 前記サーミスタは、前記支持本体を貫通して形成されるホールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーミスタ。
- ベアセルと、
印刷回路基板およびサーミスタを備える保護回路モジュールとを含み、
前記サーミスタは、
弾性体を備える支持本体と、
前記支持本体上に形成された温度センサと、
印刷回路基板に接続される端子部と、
前記支持本体上に形成された導電性接続部とを含み、
前記導電性接続部は、前記端子部および温度センサに接続されることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記印刷回路基板は、サーミスタの端子部が挿入される端子部収容口を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記印刷回路基板は、前記端子部収容口に隣接する領域内に前記サーミスタを載置するための凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子部は、前記端子部収容口を貫通し、前記印刷回路基板の表面に沿って折り曲げられた領域を含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記端子部の折り曲げられた領域は、印刷回路基板に半田付けされることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記温度センサは、ベアセルの外周面と接触することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は、複数のベアセルを含むことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記サーミスタは、1つ以上のベアセルと接触することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
