Abstract
【解決手段】油圧アクチュエータ20と、ポンプ入口52およびポンプ出口54を有し、油圧アクチュエータ20に流体を供給するよう構成されるポンプ44と、第1のアキュムレータ68および第2のアキュムレータ74を含み、油圧アクチュエータ20とポンプ44との間に機能的に連結されるエネルギー回収装置48とを備えた本発明による油圧装置40は、第1のアキュムレータ68が第1の条件下で油圧アクチュエータ20からの流体を貯蔵するよう構成され、貯蔵された流体がポンプ入口52を通じて油圧アクチュエータ20へと誘導され、第2のアキュムレータ74が第1の条件とは異なる第2の条件下で油圧アクチュエータ20からの流体を受け入れるよう構成されている。

Claims (10)
- 油圧アクチュエータ(20)と、
ポンプ入口(52)およびポンプ出口(54)を有し、前記油圧アクチュエータに流体を供給するよう構成されるポンプ(44)と、
第1のアキュムレータ(68)および第2のアキュムレータ(74)を含み、前記油圧アクチュエータと前記ポンプとの間に機能的に連結されるエネルギー回収装置(48)と
を備えた油圧装置(40)であって、
前記第1のアキュムレータは、第1の条件下で前記油圧アクチュエータからの流体を貯蔵するよう構成され、貯蔵された流体が前記ポンプ入口を通じて前記油圧アクチュエータへと誘導され、
前記第2のアキュムレータは、前記第1の条件とは異なる第2の条件下で前記油圧アクチュエータからの流体を受け入れるよう構成されていることを特徴とする油圧装置。 - 前記エネルギー回収装置は、前記油圧アクチュエータを前記第1のアキュムレータと前記第1の条件下で流体連通状態に設定するよう構成される供給弁(70)と、前記第1のアキュムレータを前記ポンプ入口と流体連通状態に設定するよう構成される吐出弁(72)との少なくとも一方をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧装置。
- 前記エネルギー回収装置は、前記第2のアキュムレータを前記ポンプ入口と第3の条件下で流体連通状態に選択的に設定するよう構成される逆止弁(76)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の油圧装置。
- 前記第3の条件は、前記ポンプ入口の所定レベル未満の圧力に対応していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油圧装置。
- 前記第2のアキュムレータが複動油圧シリンダのロッド端(30)およびヘッド端(32)の一方から流体を受け入れるよう構成され、前記第1のアキュムレータがこれらロッド端およびヘッド端の他方から流体を受け入れるよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の油圧装置。
- 前記ポンプと前記第2のアキュムレータとに連結され、前記油圧アクチュエータに対して出入りする流体の流量を制御するよう構成された制御弁アセンブリ(46)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れかに記載の油圧装置。
- 請求項1から請求項6の何れかに記載の油圧装置を含むことを特徴とする作業機械(10)。
- ポンプ(44)を含む油圧回路(40)のエネルギーを回収するための方法であって、
油圧アクチュエータ(20)から流れ出る流体を第1の条件下でエネルギー回収装置(48)の第1のアキュムレータ(68)へと前記ポンプを通じて循環させることなく誘導するステップと、
前記油圧アクチュエータから流れ出る流体を前記第1の条件とは異なる第2の条件下で前記エネルギー回収装置の第2のアキュムレータ(74)へと誘導するステップと、
前記エネルギー回収装置内に流体を貯蔵するステップと、
貯蔵された流体を前記ポンプの入口(52)へと放出するステップと
を備えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記油圧アクチュエータがヘッド端(32)およびロッド端(30)を含む複動油圧シリンダであって、流体が前記ヘッド端から前記第1のアキュムレータに流入し、流体が前記ロッド端から前記第2のアキュムレータに流入することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のアキュムレータの圧力が所定値未満に低下すると、貯蔵された流体を前記第2のアキュムレータから前記ポンプへと誘導するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8または請求項9に記載の方法。
