Abstract
Invenţia se referă la domeniul hidraulicii construcţiei de maşini, în special la mecanismele de acţionare hidraulică cu sistem închis de circulaţie a lichidului de lucru, utilizate, de exemplu, în construcţia de maşini, construcţii navale, industria de maşini-unelte şi industria aeronautică.Mecanismul de acţionare hidraulică cu sistem închis de circulaţie a lichidului de lucru conţine un acumulator hidraulic (1), conectat printr-o conductă la o pompă hidraulică nereglabilă (2) cu rotaţie unilaterală cu un motor de acţionare (3). Pompa hidraulică (2) este conectată prin conducte de presiune (4) şi de scurgere (5) cu o cutie de distribuţie hidraulică (6), dotată cu o pârghie de comandă (7). Cutia de distribuţie hidraulică (6) este conectată prin conducte de presiune-scurgere (8, 9) cu camerele unui motor hidraulic (12) cu acţiune bilaterală cu piston (13) şi tije (14, 15). Între conductele de presiune şi scurgere este inclusă o supapă de reţinere (16).Cutia de distribuţie hidraulică este executată de tip robinet, cu trei poziţii cu şase căi, compusă dintr-un corp cilindric, în care este instalat prin intermediul unor garnituri şi lagăre un arbore închis dintr-o parte cu un capac, iar din cealaltă parte - cu o şaibă de presiune. Pe arbore este fixată pârghia de comandă. În corpul cilindric şi arbore sunt executate în două nivele - de presiune şi de scurgere, - câte trei găuri şi, respectiv, câte trei canale continue, în acelaşi plan, care la comutarea pârghiei de comandă creează alternativ canale continue de presiune şi de scurgere.
