Description
(1)シリンダ式のアクチュエータ本体と、中空構造で構成され、前記アクチュエータ本体のシリンダ内を摺動するピストンロッドを有するピストンとからなるアクチュエータであって、モータと、前記モータの回転に応じて流体を供給するポンプと、前記ピストンの運動に応じて前記モータの回転を制御するコントローラと、前記ピストンの運動に応じて生ずる流量差に対応し流体の供給量を調整するリザーバとを備え、前記ピストンロッド内周面と嵌合するようにスタンドパイプを配置し、そのスタンドパイプ内面に前記リザーバを内蔵するリザーバ内蔵型アクチュエータ。
(2)上記(1)に記載のリザーバ内蔵型アクチュエータにおいて、前記シリンダが、圧縮運動を行う際に流体が供給されるアニュラス側油室と、延伸運動を行う際に流体が供給されるボア側油室とを形成し、前記リザーバが、これらアニュラス側油室およびボア側油室から分離しており、流体配管を介して接続する装置構成とすれば、リザーバ油室が外力に起因する流体の高圧化による影響を受けることがないので望ましい。
(3)上記(1)または(2)に記載のリザーバ内蔵型アクチュエータにおいて、前記リザーバが流体を貯留するリザーバ油室と、フリーピストンにより仕切られた弾性支持部とからなる二重構造であり、前記弾性支持部が弾性支持体としてコイルばねを備える構造であれば、必要な流体量に応じてリザーバ油室から流体を供給できるので望ましい。

Claims (3)
- シリンダ式のアクチュエータ本体と、中空構造で構成され、前記アクチュエータ本体のシリンダ内を摺動するピストンロッドを有するピストンとからなるアクチュエータであって、
モータと、前記モータの回転に応じて流体を供給するポンプと、前記ピストンの運動に応じて前記モータの回転を制御するコントローラと、前記ピストンの運動に応じて生ずる流量差に対応し流体の供給量を調整するリザーバとを備え、
前記ピストンロッド内周面と嵌合するようにスタンドパイプを配置し、そのスタンドパイプ内面に前記リザーバを内蔵することを特徴とするリザーバ内蔵型アクチュエータ。 - 前記シリンダが、圧縮運動を行う際に流体が供給されるアニュラス側油室と、延伸運動を行う際に流体が供給されるボア側油室とを形成し、
前記リザーバが、これらアニュラス側油室およびボア側油室から分離しており、流体配管を介して接続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリザーバ内蔵型アクチュエータ。 - 前記リザーバが流体を貯留するリザーバ油室と、フリーピストンにより仕切られた弾性支持部とからなる二重構造であり、前記弾性支持部が弾性支持体としてコイルばねを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリザーバ内蔵型アクチュエータ。
