Abstract
【解決手段】フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂をベースとするバインダーでサイジングされた鉱物ウールをベースとする絶縁製品であって、前記バインダーは混合物として、硫酸で中和された縮合生成物が500%を超え且つ500%以下の水希釈性を有するまで、2.5〜4近辺のF/Pモル比のフェノール(P)およびホルムアルデヒド(F)の塩基性媒体中での縮合により得られた、樹脂の乾燥重量に関して25%以下の遊離のホルムアルデヒド含量および樹脂の乾燥重量に関して2.5%以下の遊離のフェノール含量を有する、60〜90重量部のフェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールと、10〜40重量部の尿素を含む絶縁製品。製造ラインでのアンモニアガスの放出を低減しながら絶縁製品を製造するための、斯かるサイジング組成物の使用。

Description
前記バインダーは、混合物として、
硫酸で中和された縮合生成物が500%を超え、1500%以下の水希釈性を有するまで、2.5〜4近辺のF/Pモル比のフェノール(P)およびホルムアルデヒド(F)の塩基性媒体での縮合により得られた、(樹脂の乾燥重量に関して)25%以下の遊離のホルムアルデヒド含量および樹脂の乾燥重量に関して2.5%以下の遊離のフェノール含量を有する、60〜90重量部のフェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールと、
10〜40重量部の尿素
を含むことを特徴とする。
形成された縮合体の長さを特徴づける中和されたレゾールの希釈性。
1種またはそれ以上のシリコーン、および
1種またはそれ以上の鉱油。
フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂は、全製造サイクルを通して攪拌を維持しつつ、37%水溶液中の100kgのフェノールおよび241kgのホルムアルデヒドを反応器内に導入することにより製造され、反応器内の温度は45℃に上昇された。ホルムアルデヒド/フェノールモル比は2.8であった。
フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂は、製造サイクルを通して攪拌を維持しつつ、37%水溶液中の100kgのフェノールおよび276kgのホルムアルデヒドを反応器内に導入することにより製造され、反応器内の温度は45℃に上昇された。ホルムアルデヒド/フェノールモル比は3.2であった。
Claims (13)
- フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂をベースとするバインダーでサイジングされた鉱物ウールをベースとする絶縁製品であって、前記バインダーは混合物として、
硫酸で中和された縮合生成物が500%を超え、1500%以下の水希釈性を有するまで、2.5〜4近辺のF/Pモル比のフェノール(P)およびホルムアルデヒド(F)の塩基性媒体中での縮合により得られた、樹脂の乾燥重量に関して25%以下の遊離のホルムアルデヒド含量および樹脂の乾燥重量に関して2.5%以下の遊離のフェノール含量を有する、60〜90重量部のフェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールと、
10〜40重量部の尿素
を含むことを特徴とする絶縁製品。 - 尿素の添加前のレゾールの遊離のフェノール含量は、レゾールの乾燥重量に関して、2%以下であり、特に、樹脂の乾燥重量に関して約0.5〜1.7%近辺であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁製品。
- 尿素の添加前のレゾールの遊離のホルムアルデヒド含量は、レゾールの乾燥重量に関して、20%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の絶縁製品。
- 前記F/P比は、2.5〜3.2近辺であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の絶縁製品。
- 前記レゾールは、約50〜80℃近辺、特に60〜75℃、とりわけ約70℃で、約80〜200分、特に90〜150分、水酸化ナトリウムのような塩基性触媒の存在下で、フェノールをホルムアルデヒドと反応させることにより得られることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の絶縁製品。
- 前記レゾールは、ホウ酸またはそのホウ酸塩、スルファミド酸またはそのスルファミド酸塩、またはアミノ酸から選ばれた少なくとも1種の酸で中和されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の絶縁製品。
- 前記混合物は、40〜10重量部の尿素に対し60〜90重量%のレゾール、好ましくは、35重量部以下、特に15〜30重量部の尿素に対し、少なくとも65重量部、特に70〜85重量部のレゾールの乾燥重量を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の絶縁製品。
- 前記バインダーは、レゾールと尿素の混合物100重量部当り1〜20重量部の亜硫酸アンモニウムを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の絶縁製品。
- 絶縁製品のためのサイジング組成物であって、混合物として、
硫酸で中和された縮合生成物が500%を超え、1500%以下の水希釈性を有するまで、2.5〜4近辺のF/Pモル比のフェノール(P)およびホルムアルデヒド(F)の塩基性媒体中での縮合により得られた、樹脂の乾燥重量に関して25%以下の遊離のホルムアルデヒド含量および樹脂の乾燥重量に関して2.5%以下の遊離のフェノール含量を有する、60〜90重量部のフェノール−ホルムアルデヒドレゾールと、
10〜40重量部の尿素
を含むことを特徴とするサイジング組成物。 - 前記混合物は、40〜10重量部の尿素に対し60〜90重量%のレゾール、好ましくは、35重量部以下、特に15〜30重量部の尿素に対し、少なくとも65重量部、特に70〜85重量部のレゾールの乾燥重量を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のサイジング組成物。
- レゾールと尿素の混合物100重量部当り1〜20重量部の亜硫酸アンモニウムを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載のサイジング組成物。
- 絶縁製品の製造中におけるアンモニアガスの発生を減少させるための請求項9ないし11のいずれかに記載のサイジング組成物の使用。
- フェノール−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂をベースとするバインダーでサイジングされた鉱物ウールをベースとする絶縁製品の製造方法であって、請求項9ないし11のいずれかに記載のサイジング組成物を鉱物ウールに噴霧すること、および製造工程すべてにわたってのアンモニアガスの累積的発生は、鉱物ウールキログラム当りアンモニアガス10グラム未満であることを特徴とする絶縁製品の製造方法。
