Abstract
【解決手段】集塵ケース6は、外側ケース部材21と内側ケース部材22とを備えている。外側ケース部材21は、底板21aと、吸込み口25が形成された第1の側板21bとを有する。内側ケース部材22は、第1の側板21bの内側に配置された管状の第2の側板22aを有する。第2の側板22aの内周面22a1は、加工対象物15の外周部と隙間23を介して対向し、加工対象物15の周囲を取り囲んでいる。

Claims (7)
- 加工対象物を切削加工する切削加工機に設けられる集塵ケースであって、
底板と、前記底板の周縁から上方に立ち上がる第1の側板とを有し、集塵装置に接続される吸込み口が形成された外側ケース部材と、
前記第1の側板の内側に配置された管状の第2の側板と、前記第1の側板と前記第2の側板とで囲まれる空間の上方を閉じるように前記第1の側板の上部と前記第2の側板の上部との間に設けられた上板と、を有する内側ケース部材と、を備え、
前記第2の側板は、前記加工対象物の外周部と隙間を介して対向し、前記加工対象物の周囲を取り囲む内周面を有している、集塵ケース。 - 前記第2の側板の下端の位置は、前記加工対象物の下端の位置よりも低い、請求項1に記載の集塵ケース。
- 前記吸込み口は、前記第1の側板に形成され、
前記第2の側板の下端の位置は、前記吸込み口の上端の位置よりも低い、請求項1または2に記載の集塵ケース。 - 前記内側ケース部材は、前記上板の外周縁から上方に立ち上がる第3の側板を有している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の集塵ケース。
- 前記加工対象物は、切削される被切削物と、前記被切削物を保持する保持具とを有し、
前記第1の側板および前記第2の側板には、前記保持具を回転可能に支持する第1の水平回転軸が挿通される貫通孔が形成され、
前記吸込み口は、前記第1の側板における前記貫通孔からずれた位置に形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の集塵ケース。 - 前記外側ケース部材には、前記第1の水平回転軸と直交する方向に延びる第2の水平回転軸が取り付けられ、
前記吸込み口は、前記第1の側板における前記第2の水平回転軸からずれた位置に形成されている、請求項5に記載の集塵ケース。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の集塵ケースを備えた切削加工機。
