Abstract

Description
中空体の前記一部を断片化する段階;
得られた断片を、少なくとも1つの静電気的分離段階に付し、バリヤープラスチックの乏しい断片の少なくとも1つの流れ(A)及びバリヤープラスチックがより豊富な断片の1つの流れ(B)を得る段階;
流れ(A)から生じる断片を含む外部層を含む多層パリソンを押出によって製造する段階;
前記パリソンを吹込成形する段階、
を含む方法からなる。

P=HDPE、
A=PE−g−MA(無水マレイン酸でグラフトされたHDPE)に基づく接着剤、
B=EVOHバリヤー、
R1及びR2=静電気的分離によって処理された同様の構造を有する断片であり、各々が流れ(A)及び(B)の上記定義に対応し、且つ各々が1質量%以下のEVOH含有率及び1〜8質量%のEVOH含有率を有する。)

実際、P/A/B/A/R/Pタイプ(R=静電気的処理に付されていない同様の構造を有する断片)の同様のタンクは、北米及び欧州の両方で約10年間販売されており、ますます要求される蒸発性標準を満たしている。これらのタンクにおける種々の層の相対的厚みは、典型的に(構造の質量%で):40/2/3/2/40/13である。
タイプP+R1/A/B/A/R2/Pの燃料タンクの5つの継続的世代(0、1、2、3及び4)を:
P+R1=世代0(R1=0)として未使用のHDPE(グレードEltex(登録商標)RSB714)に基づく内側層であり、及び以下の世代のために53.8%の未使用のHDPEで希釈された46.2質量%の流れR1(以下に定義される)を含み、この層は全構造の42%を構成する、

P=未使用のHDPEに基づく外側層であり、構造の残りを構成する、

1.押出吹込成形:
6つの押出機(層当たりに1つ)を含むBekum BAT1000プラント、その処理量は330kg/時間であり、及びその幾何的特性は以下である:
1.内側層及び粉砕再生材料:100mm、L/D=24;
2.外側層:50mm、L/D=20;
3.接着剤及びバリヤー層:38mm、L/D=20、
0.1mmの厚みのPTFEシートで被覆されたゲート切断領域を有するNSタイプ(9kg、容量75L)の型、
1つの世代から別の世代への60質量%までのリサイクル度における人工的増加、
製造サイクルの持続時間:156秒の運転時間(型における88秒を含む)及び150秒の吹込成形装置の出口から粉砕まで(ゲート切断、秤量及び粉砕機にスクラップを運ぶ段階)、
2.断片化:SMS 60180タイプのHerbold粉砕機、8mmスクリーン、
3.静電気的分離:Hamosによって販売されているEKS−L摩擦電気分離器;この装置は、前段階で生成された断片を3つの流れに分離し、粉塵及び微粉の分離後のその分析は、以下の結果を与えた:
HDPEが豊富な流れR1は0.24%のEVOH含み、及び全流れの30%を構成する、
流れR2は1.17%のEVOHを含み、及び全流れの60%を構成する、
流れR3は残りのEVOH(すなわち、約20%)を含み、及び全流れの10%を構成する、
4.上記段階1に従う新規押出吹込成形、前段階で生成された流れR1及びR2は再利用されるが、流れR3は再利用せずに廃棄される、
5.新規断片化など、

Claims (4)
- ベースプラスチックと不相溶性であるバリヤープラスチックを含む1μm以下の直径を有する小塊を、分散した形状で含むベースプラスチックの少なくとも1つの外部層を含む多層パリソンの押出吹込成形の少なくとも1つの段階を含む多層構造の製造方法であって、
前記方法が、少なくとも1つのバリヤープラスチック層及び1つのベースプラスチック層を含む多層中空体の少なくとも一部をリサイクルする方法を組み込んでおり、前記リサイクルする方法は、以下の段階:
−前記中空体の前記一部を断片化する段階;
−得られた断片を、少なくとも1つの静電気的分離段階に付し、バリヤープラスチックの乏しい断片の少なくとも1つの流れ(A)と、バリヤープラスチックがより豊富な断片の1つの流れ(B)と、を得る段階;
−流れ(A)から生じる断片を含む外部層を有する多層パリソンを、押出によって製造する段階;及び
−前記パリソンを吹込成形する段階、
を含む、多層構造の製造方法。 - 静電気的分離中に、少なくとも1つの第三の流れ(C)が生成され、この流れ(C)のバリヤープラスチックの含有率が10重量%以上であり、かつこの流れ(C)が、バリヤープラスチックを豊富にすることのできるその後の処理段階に付す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 吹込成形された前記パリソンが、流体を含むことを意図される中空体から本質的になり、かつ前記外部層が、前記流体と接触する前記中空体の内側層である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中空体が燃料タンクであり、かつバリヤープラスチックがEVOH(エチレン−ビニルアルコールコポリマー)であるとともにベースプラスチックがHDPE(高密度ポリエチレン)である、請求項3に記載の多層構造。
