Abstract
【解決手段】 アームの強度確保を小型軽量化とともに実現するために、X線診断装置は、X線発生部と、X線検出部と、X線発生部とX線検出部とを支持するアーチ形状を有するアームと、アームよりも高い弾性係数を有し、シート形状を有し、アームに固定される少なくとも一つの補強部材とを具備する。

Description
以上説明したようにこの実施形態では、C形アーム51のたわみを少なくする(剛性向上)と同時に強度アップを図るために、C形アーム51の基材であるアルミや鋼材に対して、より縦弾性係数(ヤング率)の高い材料を組合せて、貼付けや、ネジ締結などにより構造体として一体化させるようにした。縦弾性係数(ヤング率)の高い材料、例えば炭素繊維強化樹脂(CFRP)等の材料を用いることで、基材よりも高い強度、剛性を実現することができ、C形アーム全体の構造体としての剛性・強度の向上を図ることができる。従って、強度を確保しつつC形アームの断面積を縮小することが可能になり、C形アームの小型、軽量化を図ることが可能になる。
Claims (16)
- X線発生部と、
X線検出部と、
前記X線発生部と前記X線検出部とを支持するアーチ形状を有するアームと、
前記アームよりも高い弾性係数を有し、シート形状を有し、前記アームに固定される少なくとも一つの補強部材とを具備するX線診断装置。 - 前記補強部材は前記アームの内側面に固定される請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は、前記X線検出部と前記アームの中心との間の位置から前記X線発生部の直下の位置までわたって設けられる前記アーム請求項2に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は前記アームの内側面とともに前記アームの外側面に設けられる請求項2に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は前記アームの内側面とともに前記アームの側面に設けられる請求項2に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は前記アームの表面に装着される請求項2に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は前記アームの凹部に嵌め込まれる請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は前記アームに埋め込まれる請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は前記アームを内側面から側面の一部にわたって覆う請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は前記アームに接着剤により固定される請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は前記アームにネジにより固定される請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は炭素繊維強化樹脂又はガラス繊維強化樹脂からなり、前記アームはアルミ合金又はマグネシウム合金からなる請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記補強部材は前記アームよりも高い縦弾性係数を有する請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記アームはC形状を有する請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記アームを回転自在に支持する第1支持部と、
前記第1支持部を回転自在に支持する第2支持部と、
前記第2支持部を旋回自在に支持する床支持部とをさらに備える請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。 - 前記アームを回転自在に支持する第1支持部と、
前記第1支持部を回転自在に支持する第2支持部と、
前記第2支持部を旋回自在に支持する天井支持部とをさらに備える請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
