Abstract
【解決手段】端子金具が収容される本体部と、前記本体部から突出した一対の凸部と、を有するハウジングと、前記一対の凸部それぞれが通される孔部が設けられ、前記孔部に前記凸部が通された状態で、相手方のコネクタに嵌合させる前の非嵌合位置から、前記凸部を中心として回転することで、前記相手方のコネクタを前記ハウジングに近付け嵌合させる嵌合位置まで回転自在なレバーと、を備えている。前記凸部には、前記レバーを前記本体部との間に挟むように張り出した係合受け部が設けられ、前記レバーには、前記非嵌合位置で前記係合受け部に重ねられる第1の位置と、前記嵌合位置で前記係合受け部に重ねられる第2の位置と、が設けられ、前記第1の位置と、前記第2の位置との間には、前記レバーから突出し前記係合受け部に係合する係合部が設けられている。

Claims (4)
- 端子金具が収容される本体部と、前記本体部から突出した一対の凸部と、を有するハウジングと、
前記一対の凸部それぞれが通される孔部が設けられ、前記孔部に前記凸部が通された状態で、相手方のコネクタに嵌合させる前の非嵌合位置から、前記凸部を中心として回転することで、前記相手方のコネクタを前記ハウジングに近付け嵌合させる嵌合位置まで回転自在なレバーと、を備え、
前記凸部には、前記レバーを前記本体部との間に挟むように張り出した係合受け部が設けられたレバー嵌合式コネクタにおいて、
前記レバーには、前記非嵌合位置で前記係合受け部に重ねられる第1の重なり位置と、前記嵌合位置で前記係合受け部に重ねられる第2の重なり位置と、が設けられ、
前記第1の重なり位置と、前記第2の重なり位置との間には、前記レバーから突出し前記係合受け部に係合する係合部が設けられていることを特徴とするレバー嵌合式コネクタ。 - 前記孔部と連通する直線状のガイド溝が設けられ、
前記本体部には、前記嵌合位置で前記ガイド溝に侵入する一対の第2凸部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレバー嵌合式コネクタ。 - 前記本体部には、前記相手方のコネクタから離れる方向に突出し、前記第2凸部と前記凸部との間に設けられた当接部と、
前記レバーに、前記相手方のコネクタから離れる前記方向に弾性変形自在に設けられており、前記レバーが前記嵌合位置に位置付けられた状態で、前記第2凸部と前記凸部とが並ぶスライド方向の前記当接部の手前側に設けられ、前記レバーが前記スライド方向に沿ってスライドされると前記当接部に当接する一対の当接受け部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレバー嵌合式コネクタ。 - 前記一対の当接受け部が、前記当接部の前記スライド方向の奥側に位置付けられると、前記第2凸 部が、前記ガイド溝の前記孔部から離れた端部に位置付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のレバー嵌合式コネクタ。
