Abstract
【解決手段】工具交換位置P1と加工位置との間を移動可能な主軸装置10を有する工作機械であって、主軸装置10は、工具ホルダ11をクランプするクランプ機構17と、このクランプ機構17を作動させるカムプレート30とを備えおり、主軸装置10の工具交換位置P1への移動動作に連動してカムプレート30を固定当接面41に当接させて傾動させることで、ドローバー15を押圧してクランプ機構17をアンクランプ状態とするように構成されたことを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 工具交換位置と加工位置との間を移動可能な主軸装置を有する工作機械であって、
前記主軸装置は、工具ホルダをクランプするクランプ機構と、このクランプ機構を作動させるカムプレートとを備えおり、
前記主軸装置の前記工具交換位置への移動動作に連動して前記カムプレートを固定当接面に当接させて傾動させることで、ドローバーを押圧して前記クランプ機構をアンクランプ状態とするように構成された
ことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 前記固定当接面の一部は、前記カムプレートの傾動によって先端部が移動する移動方向に向かうに連れて前記カムプレートから離間する離間方向に向かうように傾斜して構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工作機械。 - 前記カムプレートには、前記主軸装置が前記工具交換位置から離れたときに前記クランプ機構がクランプ状態となるように前記カムプレートを原位置に戻す戻し手段が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の工作機械。
