Abstract
【解決手段】 混合比率をポリエステル粉体塗料7、フッ素粉体塗料3とし、これらをドライブレンドして、被塗物に静電塗着した後、被塗物を雰囲気加熱する。粉体塗料の形状が不定形のため、静電塗着した塗料粉体層には粉末塗料間に空隙が形成されており、雰囲気加熱によって熱溶融温度の低いポリエステル粉末塗料が先行して溶融し、塗料粉体層の空隙を通過して下層のベース塗膜を形成する一方、熱溶融温度の高いフッ素粉体塗料が後続して溶融し、ベース皮膜上に載置するように表層に耐候性確保の機能発揮塗膜を形成するものと見られる。ホットブレンドと被塗物昇温による塗料の時間差溶融を活用し、塗膜中に均一分布することなく、表層にフッ素塗膜を配置して、フッ素使用量を減少した機能性塗膜とすることができる。

Claims (4)
- 非相溶性にして熱溶融温度高低異温度のポリエステル塗料とフッ素塗料のドライブレンド粉体塗料の粉体塗装によって形成した粉体塗膜を有するアルミ建材であって、該粉体塗膜を、膜厚方向表面側にフッ素塗料成分を高密度に分布することによって塗膜に耐候性を付与したフッ素塗料成分高密度分布域と、膜厚方向下地側にポリエステル塗料成分を高密度に分布することによって塗膜に耐衝撃性を付与したポリエステル塗料成分高密度分布域と、測定角度60°の光沢度を25〜40%としたマット調表面を備えて形成してなることを特徴とする屋外使用の粉体塗装アルミ建材。
- 上記粉体塗膜の下地を、アルミ押出成形材又はアルミ板材に形成した陽極酸化皮膜としてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の屋外使用の粉体塗装アルミ建材。
- 上記粉体塗膜の下地を、アルミ押出成形材又はアルミ板材に形成した化成皮膜としてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の屋外使用の粉体塗装アルミ建材。
- 上記粉体塗膜の下地を、アルミ押出成形材又はアルミ板材に形成した陽極酸化皮膜に電着塗装した電着塗膜としてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の屋外使用の粉体塗装アルミ建材。
