Claims (12)

  1. コア−シェル粒子であって、
    ポリ−2−フルオロアクリル酸またはその塩を含むコア、またはポリ−2−フルオロアクリル酸またはその塩からなるコア、および
    腸内用コーティングを含むシェル、または腸内用コーティングからなるシェル、
    を含む、コア−シェル粒子。
  2. 請求項1に記載のコア−シェル粒子であって、前記シェルが、Eudragitアクリルポリマーを含むか、またはEudragitアクリルポリマーからなる、コアーシェル粒子。
  3. 請求項1または2に記載のコア−シェル粒子であって、前記シェルが、Eudragit RL 100またはEudragit RS 100、またはEudragit RL 100およびEudragit RS 100を含むか、あるいはEudragit RL 100またはEudragit RS 100、またはEudragit RL 100およびEudragit RS 100からなる、コア−シェル粒子。
  4. 請求項1に記載のコア−シェル粒子であって、前記シェルが、N,N’−ジブチルアクリルアミドとN,N’−ジエチルアミノエチルメタクリレートのコポリマーを含むか、またはN,N’−ジブチルアクリルアミドとN,N’−ジエチルアミノエチルメタクリレートのコポリマーからなる、コア−シェル粒子。
  5. 腎不全、慢性心不全、末期の腎疾患、または高カリウム血症を処置するための、請求項1または2に記載のコア−シェル粒子を含む、薬学的組成物。
  6. 腎不全、慢性心不全、末期の腎疾患、および高カリウム血症の処置において使用するための、請求項1または2に記載のコア−シェル粒子。
  7. コア−シェル粒子の調製のための方法であって、該方法が、以下の工程:
    ポリ−2−フルオロアクリル酸またはその塩からなるコアを提供する工程;
    該コアの上にシェルを堆積させる工程であって、該シェルが、腸内用コーティングを含むかまたは腸内用コーティングからなる、工程、
    を包含する、方法。
  8. 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記シェルが、Eudragitアクリルポリマーを含むか、またはEudragitアクリルポリマーからなる、方法。
  9. 請求項7または8に記載の方法であって、前記シェルが、Eudragit RL 100またはEudragit RS 100、またはEudragit RL 100およびEudragit RS 100を含むか、あるいはEudragit RL 100またはEudragit RS 100、またはEudragit RL 100およびEudragit RS 100からなる、方法。
  10. 請求項7に記載の方法であって、前記シェルが、N,N’−ジブチルアクリルアミドとN,N’−ジエチルアミノエチルメタクリレートのコポリマーを含むか、またはN,N’−ジブチルアクリルアミドとN,N’−ジエチルアミノエチルメタクリレートのコポリマーからなる、方法。
  11. 請求項1または2に記載のコア−シェル粒子であって、前記ポリ−2−フルオロアクリル酸またはその塩が、ポリ−2−フルオロアクリル酸である、コア−シェル粒子。
  12. 請求項7または8に記載の方法であって、前記ポリ−2−フルオロアクリル酸またはその塩が、ポリ−2−フルオロアクリル酸である、方法。
