を含む、コア−シェル粒子。 - 請求項1に記載のコア−シェル粒子であって、前記シェルが、Eudragitアクリルポリマーを含むか、またはEudragitアクリルポリマーからなる、コアーシェル粒子。
- 請求項1または2に記載のコア−シェル粒子であって、前記シェルが、Eudragit RL 100またはEudragit RS 100、またはEudragit RL 100およびEudragit RS 100を含むか、あるいはEudragit RL 100またはEudragit RS 100、またはEudragit RL 100およびEudragit RS 100からなる、コア−シェル粒子。
- 請求項1に記載のコア−シェル粒子であって、前記シェルが、N,N’−ジブチルアクリルアミドとN,N’−ジエチルアミノエチルメタクリレートのコポリマーを含むか、またはN,N’−ジブチルアクリルアミドとN,N’−ジエチルアミノエチルメタクリレートのコポリマーからなる、コア−シェル粒子。
- 腎不全、慢性心不全、末期の腎疾患、または高カリウム血症を処置するための、請求項1または2に記載のコア−シェル粒子を含む、薬学的組成物。
- 腎不全、慢性心不全、末期の腎疾患、および高カリウム血症の処置において使用するための、請求項1または2に記載のコア−シェル粒子。
