Abstract
【解決手段】集電体上に活物質層を形成し、活物質層上の自然酸化膜を除去後、活物質層上に固体電解質層を形成し、固体電解質層に接するように液体の電解質を設ける蓄電装置の作製方法である。これにより、活物質層と電解液との接触による電解液の分解および劣化を低減することができ、蓄電装置のサイクル特性の向上を図ることができる。

Description
本実施の形態では、蓄電装置の作製方法の一例について、図1および図2を参照して説明する。
本実施の形態では、蓄電装置の構造について説明する。はじめに、図3を用いて、蓄電装置の一例である二次電池の構造について説明する。また、本実施の形態では、放電容量が高く、安全性が高い、LiCoO2などのリチウム含有金属酸化物を用いたリチウムイオン電池について説明する。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態2で説明した蓄電装置の応用形態について、図4を参照して説明する。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様に係る二次電池を、無線給電システム(以下、RF給電システムと呼ぶ。)に用いた場合の一例を、図5および図6のブロック図を用いて説明する。図5および図6に示す各ブロック図では、受電装置および給電装置内の構成要素を機能ごとに分類し、互いに独立したブロックとして示しているが、実際の構成要素は機能ごとに完全に切り分けることが困難であり、一つの構成要素が複数の機能に係わることもあり得る。

Claims (8)
- 集電体上に活物質層を形成し、
前記活物質層上の自然酸化膜を除去後、
前記活物質層上に固体電解質層を形成し、
前記固体電解質層に接するように液体の電解質を設ける蓄電装置の作製方法。 - 前記固体電解質層は、リン酸リチウム、リン酸鉄リチウム、リン酸マンガンリチウム、リン酸クロムリチウム、及び硫化リンリチウムの一以上を含む層である、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置の作製方法。
- 前記固体電解質層の膜厚は、1nm以上100nm以下とする、請求項1または2に記載の蓄電装置の作製方法。
- 前記活物質層は、結晶性のシリコン及びウィスカー状の結晶性シリコンの一以上を含む層である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一に記載の蓄電装置の作製方法。
- 集電体と、前記集電体上の活物質層と、前記活物質層上の固体電解質層と、を有する電極と、
液体の電解質と、を有し、
前記電極は、前記固体電解質層において前記液体の電解質と接する蓄電装置。 - 前記固体電解質層は、リン酸リチウム、リン酸鉄リチウム、リン酸マンガンリチウム、リン酸クロムリチウム、及び硫化リンリチウムの一以上を含む層である、請求項5に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記固体電解質層の膜厚は、1nm以上100nm以下とする、請求項5または6に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記活物質層は、結晶性のシリコン及びウィスカー状の結晶性シリコンの一以上を含む層である、請求項5乃至7のいずれか一に記載の蓄電装置。
