Abstract
【解決手段】ハウジング1と一体となる2列に並んだ複数の端子10を有するコネクタ1をインサート成形するコネクタ1のインサート成形方法において、前記複数の端子10を該端子10の列の外側に反り方向Dが向くように反り方向Dを揃えて前記ハウジング1の金型80にセットする。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態にかかるコネクタのインサート成形方法によって製造されたコネクタ1を示した斜視図である。図2は、図1に示したコネクタ1が回路基板50に挿入されることを説明するための図である。コネクタ1は、信号系端子10と、電源系端子20と、ブッシュ30と、ハウジング40とを有する。

- ハウジングと一体となる2列に並んだ複数の端子を有するコネクタをインサート成形するコネクタのインサート成形方法において、
前記複数の端子を該端子の列の外側に反り方向が向くように反り方向を揃えて前記ハウジングの金型にセットすることを特徴とするコネクタのインサート成形方法。
