Abstract
【解決手段】配線シートの第1の配線は太陽電池セルの第1の電極を構成する金属材料よりもイオンマイグレーションが起こり難い材料から構成され、第1の配線の幅は、第1の電極の幅よりも広い配線シート付き太陽電池セル、それを含む太陽電池モジュール、および配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法である。

Description
図1に、本発明の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの一例である実施の形態1の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの模式的な断面図を示す。実施の形態1の配線シート付き太陽電池セルは、太陽電池セル8と、配線シート10とを備えており、配線シート10上に太陽電池セル8が設置された構造を有している。
ここで、スライスダメージ1aの除去は、たとえば基板1が上記のシリコン基板からなる場合には、上記のスライス後のシリコン基板の表面をフッ化水素水溶液と硝酸との混酸または水酸化ナトリウムなどのアルカリ水溶液などでエッチングすることなどによって行なうことができる。スライスダメージ1aの除去後の基板1の大きさおよび形状も特に限定されないが、たとえば厚さが100μm以上500μm以下の基板1を用いることができる。
ここで、太陽電池セル8は、n型用銀電極6の幅方向の端がn型用銅配線12の幅方向の端からはみ出さないようにn型用銀電極6がn型用銅配線12上に設置されるとともに、p型用銀電極7の幅方向の端がp型用銅配線13の幅方向の端からはみ出さないようにp型用銀電極7がp型用銅配線13上に設置されるようにして、配線シート10上に設置される。
図11に、本発明の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの他の一例である実施の形態2の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの模式的な断面図を示す。
Claims (10)
- 基板の一方の面に第1の電極が配置されている太陽電池セルと、
前記第1の電極に電気的に接続される第1の配線が配置されている配線シートと、を有する配線シート付き太陽電池セルであって、
前記第1の配線は前記第1の電極を構成する金属材料よりもイオンマイグレーションが起こり難い材料から構成され、
前記第1の配線の幅は、前記第1の電極の幅よりも広い、配線シート付き太陽電池セル。 - 前記第1の配線の幅と、前記第1の電極の幅との差が40μm以上である、請求項1に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セル。
- 前記第1の電極の表面は銀を含み、前記第1の配線は銅を含む、請求項1または2に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セル。
- 前記基板の前記一方の面に前記第1の電極とは極性が異なる第2の電極が配置され、
前記配線シートには前記第2の電極に電気的に接続される第2の配線が配置されており、
前記第2の配線は前記第2の電極を構成する金属材料よりもイオンマイグレーションが起こり難い材料から構成され、
前記第2の配線の幅は前記第2の電極の幅よりも広い、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セル。 - 前記第2の配線の幅と、前記第2の電極の幅との差が40μm以上である、請求項4に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セル。
- 前記第2の電極の表面は銀を含み、前記第2の配線は銅を含む、請求項4または5に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セル。
- 前記太陽電池セルは裏面電極型太陽電池セルである、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セル。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルを含む、太陽電池モジュール。
- 基板の一方の面に電極が配置されている太陽電池セルと、前記電極を構成する金属材料よりもイオンマイグレーションが起こり難い材料から構成された配線が配置された配線シートとを備える配線シート付き太陽電池セルを製造する方法であって、
前記電極が少なくとも幅方向において前記配線からはみ出さないように前記電極と前記配線とを電気的に接続する工程を含む、配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。 - 前記配線の幅は前記電極の幅よりも広い、請求項9に記載の配線シート付き太陽電池セルの製造方法。
