- 少なくとも一つの突起部の少なくとも一つの遠位端の断面の幅が、約0.1mmである、請求項1に記載の装置。

- 冷却装置が、少なくとも一つの突起部の少なくとも一つの部分を、約−4℃より低い温度へ冷却するように構成されている、請求項12に記載の装置。

- 冷たい物体が、約−4℃より低い温度で提供される、請求項32に記載の方法。
- 冷たい物体が、冷却された基部に熱的接触している突起部として提供される、請求項32に記載の方法。
- さらに、皮膚組織の表面領域を冷却または冷凍した後に、該表面領域に、ヒドロキノンまたはコルチゾンの少なくとも一つを塗布することを含む、請求項32に記載の方法。
