Description

Claims (6)
- プリント回路基板と、
前記プリント回路基板上に取り付けられた衝突センサと、
前記衝突センサとの外部電気通信を可能にするように、前記プリント回路基板に取り付けられる少なくとも1つのコネクタピンと、
前記プリント回路基板を部分的に覆い、前記衝突センサを覆う第1の挿入成形された軟質内側層の材料と、
前記第1の軟質内側層の材料を覆い、そこに接合され、且つ、剛性的に前記プリント回路基板に接触する第2の外面成形された硬質外側層の材料と
を備える衝突センサ組立体。 - 請求項1の衝突センサにおいて、前記軟質内側層の材料が熱可塑性エラストマーである衝突センサ。
- 請求項1の衝突センサにおいて、前記硬質外側層の材料がポリブチレンテレフタレートである衝突センサ。
- プリント回路基板と、
前記プリント回路基板上に取り付けられた衝突センサと、
前記プリント回路基板上に取り付けられ、前記衝突センサからの信号を処理するために前記衝突センサに接続された処理回路と、
前記処理回路との外部電気通信を可能にするように、前記プリント回路基板に取り付けられる少なくとも1つのコネクタと、
部分的に前記プリント回路基板を覆い、前記衝突センサ及び前記処理回路を覆う第1の挿入成形された軟質内側層の材料と、
前記第1の内側層を覆い、そこに接合され、且つ、前記プリント回路基板に接触する第2の外面成形された硬質層の材料と
を備える衝突センサ組立体。 - プリント回路基板に衝突センサを取り付けるステップと、
前記衝突センサとの電気通信を可能にするように、前記プリント回路基板に少なくとも1つのコネクタを取り付けるステップと、
部分的に前記プリント回路基板を覆い、前記衝突センサを覆うように、回路基板に軟質弾性内側層の材料を挿入成形するステップと、
前記第1の内側層材料、及び、前記プリント回路基板の上に硬質外側層の材料を外面成形するステップと
を備える、衝突センサを組み立てるための方法。 - プリント回路基板に衝突センサを取り付けるステップと、
前記衝突センサからの信号を処理するために、前記プリント回路基板に処理回路を取り付け、前記衝突センサに前記処理回路を接続するステップと、
前記処理回路との電気通信を可能にするために、前記プリント回路基板に少なくとも1つのコネクタを取り付け、前記処理回路に前記少なくとも1つのコネクタを接続するステップと、
部分的に前記プリント回路基板を覆い、前記衝突センサ、及び、前記処理回路を覆うように、回路基板に軟質弾性内側層の材料を挿入成形するステップと、
前記第1の内側層の材料、及び、前記プリント回路基板の上に硬質外側層の材料を外面成形するステップと
を備える、衝突センサを組み立てるための方法。
